About Nikki:
Nikki (MindfulNikki), has a Master’s in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology from Naropa University, the birthplace of the modern mindfulness movement. She is a Mom of two teenage girls who both have their hand in sharing mindfulness as well. Nikki has been creating and offering mindfulness programs throughout the greater Miami area for about a decade. She published a book which is a simplified version of her program called, “The JustBE Mindfulness Guidebook”.
And MindfulNikki has just released her JustBE Mindful App that is for teachers and parents to easily share the JustBE practices MindfulNikki has proven to work with the kiddos in their lives.
