Oliver highlighted a massive Lotus blossom installation as a technological and cultural centerpiece: “It’s a symbol of Thailand, brought to life with cutting-edge technology. It represents the fusion of tradition and progress we wanted to achieve.”

Drawing lessons from established gaming hubs like Macau, Singapore, and Cambodia was integral to the team’s strategy. They scaled down the resort’s gaming footprint, modeled tax structures after Singapore’s, and incorporated compliance measures to mitigate risks such as gambling addiction and human trafficking.

“We didn’t copy-paste any model,” Sarah noted. “But we took the best practices and adapted them to suit Thailand’s unique context.”
