In this episode I share another of the Meditation + Mindset sessions that we use to start our week in the Happy Healthy Membership. In the Happy Healthy membership we get together twice a week to practice being at home in the present moment.
Monday morning at 7am we begin our week with Meditation + Mindset.
Sunday evening at 8.30pm we get together for a Meditation for Deep Relaxation.
