My name is Frances Robertson-Ritchie and I am a Yoga teacher. I am interested in the exploration of this one precious life that we have. My passion is the constant questioning of how we can live our happiest, healthiest life. Using Yoga to manage the challenges we face in life and find joy in the present moment. The purpose of the podcast is to share my passion for living a rich, explored life and open up the concept of Yoga as more than simply movement.
