Donnie Williams, Ph.D. in an Associate Professor of Supply Chain Management and the Executive Director of the Supply Chain Management Research Center in the Sam M. Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas. Dr. Williams has a BBA in Finance, an MBA and. Ph.D. in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, all from Georgia Southern University in Statesboro, GA.
