Season 1 Finale – The Trigger and The Truth Description: As Season 1 of The Trigger and The Truth comes to a close, host Tina White takes a moment to pause, reflect, and express gratitude. In this heartfelt finale, Tina shares how this journey—built on truth-telling, healing, and real conversation—has grown beyond expectation. She opens up about the lessons learned from letting go of perfection, trusting intuition, and creating space for healing in real time. This season, we unpacked it all—grief, trauma, love, accountability, mental health, entrepreneurship, and the messy middle of growth. Through every episode, Tina reminded us that healing isn’t linear, that our triggers tell us something, and that the truth—no matter how uncomfortable—always leads to freedom. As The Trigger and The Truth takes a short break to recharge, reflect, and rebuild, Tina promises to return January 2026 with Season 2: new stories, deeper conversations, and even more truth that sets us free. Takeaway: You don’t need permission to heal. You don’t have to have it all together to start telling your truth. And when you stop worrying about what others think and follow your gut, you always win. Quote from Tina: “This podcast has never been about perfection. It’s about perspective. Episode 55–Beyond Endurance: The Myth of Necessary Suffering
🎙️ Episode 55 – Beyond Endurance: "The Myth of Necessary Suffering" Podcast: The Trigger and The Truth Host: Tina White Series: Money Matters & Mental Health Episode Summary: In Japanese culture, Gaman is the quiet practice of enduring hardship with dignity. For those of us who grew up during the crack era in America, survival demanded the same thing—only it wasn’t philosophy, it was reality. In this episode, Tina White unpacks the myth that suffering is required before peace, joy, or abundance can be claimed. She draws parallels between cultural endurance and generational survival, exposing how struggle has been glorified as a necessary toll for success. From the Fearless Fund being dismantled after creating pathways for Black women founders, to her own creation The Contract Code as a tool for breaking barriers in government contracting, Tina explores how resourcefulness is often punished instead of celebrated. Key Topics: Gaman and survival as unchosen endurance Why suffering isn’t proof of worthiness Fearless Fund and the backlash against Black women’s innovation The psychological toll of living in survival mode Mental moves + money moves: reclaiming peace and building ownership Takeaway: Endurance should be a bridge, not a lifestyle. You don’t have to bleed to be blessed. Peace, abundance, and stability aren’t rewards for suffering—they’re your birthright. It whispers “you’re not ready,” “what if you fail,” or “what will they think”—and before you know it, years have passed and you’re still standing in the same place. In this episode of The Trigger and The Truth, host Tina White breaks down how fear paralyzes progress, silences dreams, and becomes the default operating system for far too many of us. From entrepreneurship to relationships, to money and mental health, Tina unpacks how fear creeps in, why we mistake it for wisdom, and most importantly—how to stop letting fear guide your choices. You’ll hear about: Why fear is a master manipulator that builds walls where doors were meant to be. How entrepreneurs lose more to fear than they ever will to failure. What happens when fear becomes a lifestyle, shaping every decision and relationship. Why crowdsourcing your life decisions is a recipe for disaster, and how to trust yourself (and God) first. Practical steps to break free from fear’s grip and start moving forward—even if you have to do it afraid. Key Quote from Tina White: “Most of the time, the fear you feel isn’t even yours—it’s projected, inherited, or conditioned. Take your power back. The only voice that matters when it comes to your life is yours, and God’s.” Whether you’re standing at a crossroads in business, struggling in silence with “what-ifs,” or tired of letting fear dictate your pace, this episode will remind you of one powerful truth: you already have everything you need to move forward. ✨ Listen now on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or wherever you stream. 🔗 Connect with Tina on Instagram: 🌐 Learn more at: #TheTriggerAndTheTruth #OvercomingFear #DoItAfraid #MentalHealthAndMoney #overcomingfear #tinawhiteofficial #nofear #qgtm #tinawhite Mentioned in this episode: The Contract Code “Imagine turning the maze of procurement into a clear path. Get it? Learn How to Put the M****F**** Weed in the Bag First, Then Get Money
🎙️ Episode 49: Get it? Learn How to Put the M****F**** Weed in the Bag First, Then Get Money - "Don't Skip Any of the Levels of Your Life" Podcast: The Trigger and The Truth Host: Tina White Series: Mental Health Matters Episode Summary: Life Is a Series of Levels—Don’t Rush the Process Welcome back to The Trigger and The Truth, where we cut through the noise and get real about life, growth, and mental health. This week, we’re unpacking one of the most relatable lines from the classic movie Belly, starring DMX and Nas: 👉🏾 “Learn how to put the weed in the bag first, then get money.” On the surface, it’s street advice. But dig deeper and it’s a life lesson. Too often, people want the results without the grind, the blessing without the preparation, the win without the work. But life doesn’t work that way. Every step, every lesson, every level matters. Skip it, and you don’t just lose the growth you risk blocking your own blessings. In this episode, I’ll break down what it really means to respect the process, why shortcuts are dangerous, and how mastering the level you’re on is the only way to be ready for the next one. 🔑 What You’ll Learn in This Episode Part 1: Every Level Serves a Purpose Think of life is like a video game you can’t skip ahead without first mastering the stage you’re in. The danger of desperation when you’re presented with opportunities. How money and relationships expose who you really are. Part 2: The Dangers of Skipping Levels How skipped lessons resurface as repeated patterns. Why rushing leads to imposter syndrome and unpreparedness. The cost of moving recklessly versus building with patience and integrity. Part 3: Embracing Your Unique Journey Why comparison is killing your confidence. Social media’s highlight reel vs. your behind-the-scenes reality. How to honor your pace, trust your process, and stay rooted in your assignment Part 4: Practical Tools & Reflection Exercises A guided reflection on past levels you’ve survived. How to start a “Life Level Journal” to track lessons in real time. Visualization prompts to define what your next level actually looks like. 💬 Quote from the Episode "Don’t rush the process. The grind, the tears, the long nights, the lessons that feel like setbacks, they’re all preparing you for the win that’s waiting on the other side. If you skip the work, you skip the preparation. And if you skip the preparation, you miss the blessing." 📌 Why You Should Listen If you’ve ever felt like you’re “behind,” pressured to measure up to someone else’s timeline, or tempted to take shortcuts because the process feels too slow—this episode is for you. It’s a reminder that nothing is wasted, and everything you’re going through right now is shaping you for the success ahead. 🎧 Listen Now Tune in to Episode 49 of The Trigger and The Truth: Spotify | Apple Podcasts If this episode resonates with you, don’t keep it to yourself. Change brings new opportunities, but it also brings weight—the hidden leaks in our boat that can quietly sink us if we don’t address them. In this episode, Tina White takes us inside a raw and necessary conversation about what happens when we ignore those “holes.” Drawing from her own lived experience with dysthymia—a mild but long-term depression—she reveals the cost of constantly pushing forward without rest, reflection, or boundaries. Stop Interrupting Karma: Why You Can’t Save People From Their Regrets
🎙️ Episode 46: Stop Interrupting Karma: Why You Can’t Save People From Their Regrets Podcast: The Trigger and The Truth Host: Tina White Series: Mental Health Matters 📝 Episode Summary: We’ve all been there. Someone from your past, romantic, professional, or even family tries to circle back into your life after mistreating you, undervaluing you, or listening to outside noise instead of trusting their own experience with you. They come with excuses, half-truths, or a sob story, hoping for another chance. 🔎 What You’ll Hear in This Episode: Why We Let People Back In: How compassion, hope, and the need for closure can blur into reconciliation. The Rewrite Problem: Why people often return rewriting history, making excuses, and dodging accountability. Interrupting Karma: How rescuing someone from regret only shields them from the lessons they need to learn. The Mental Health Connection: Why carrying someone else’s regret leads to anxiety, insecurity, mistrust—and why boundaries are vital for your healing. 💡 Key Takeaway Forgiveness doesn’t mean access. Protecting your peace means letting people sit with the consequences of their choices. Their regret is not your responsibility to ease. ✨ Call to Action Have you ever let someone spin the block, only to realize nothing had changed? 🎙️ Episode 43: Who Hurt You? -The Origin of the Broad Stroke A Healing Episode for People Tired of Being Triggered by Ghosts From Their Past Podcast: The Trigger and The Truth Host: Tina White Series: Mental Health Matters 📝 Episode Summary: In this episode of The Trigger and The Truth, Tina White takes us deep into a pattern many of us fall into: using one painful experience as the paintbrush to color every person, relationship, or opportunity that reminds us of that hurt. This is what I call “The Broad Stroke.” It feels like protection, but in reality, it limits us. When we place people in categories they don’t belong in, we stop seeing them for who they are and start seeing them as ghosts of our past. That cycle not only keeps us stuck—it can poison our relationships, our careers, and even our ability to trust ourselves. Through real-life reflections, including examples from the workplace and relationships, this episode explores: How broad strokes create self-fulfilling prophecies. Why mislabeling people damages connection and growth. The mental health impact of carrying old wounds into new spaces. A path toward breaking the loop, reclaiming peace, and protecting your nervous system. 💡 This is a healing episode for anyone tired of being triggered by memories, mistrust, or old narratives that no longer serve you. ✨ Call to Action Your story matters here. 🎙️ Episode 42: What No One Wanted to Hear - One Woman’s Truth Against A Culture Of Disbelief Podcast: The Trigger and The Truth Host: Tina White Series: Mental Health Matters 📝 Episode Summary: In this episode, Tina White shares the anonymous story of a young woman whose first love turned into her deepest trauma. What began as romance ended in violation, silence, and shame and the painful stigma that followed when she tried to go on as if nothing had happened. This is not just her story. It’s a story that echoes for countless survivors of sexual violence in relationships: the weight of silence, the fear of not being believed, the stigma of victim blaming, and the long road toward reclaiming a voice. Key Themes You’ll Hear How sexual violence in relationships is often hidden behind masks of “love” and “normalcy.” The stigma survivors face when they try to break the silence. The impact of victim-blaming and disbelief on mental health and healing. The power of listening, believing, and supporting survivors without judgment. The Cut Throat Committee – An Inappropriate Response to Reality
🎙️ Episode 41: The Cut Throat Committee – An Inappropriate Response to Reality Podcast: The Trigger and The Truth Host: Tina White Series: Mental Health Matters 📝 Episode Summary: Episode 41: Cut Throat Committee – An Inappropriate Response to Reality Some enemies come dressed like friends, coworkers, or family. But let’s be real, sometimes the most dangerous member of the cut throat committee is you. In this episode, I get into the uncomfortable truth: self-deception. The lies we tell ourselves to make bad decisions feel safe. The way we pretend not to know the consequences of our actions. And how we sabotage our own peace by letting people cross boundaries we should’ve enforced. I share a personal story about a close friend who has convinced herself to normalize betrayal, and how that example mirrors the way so many of us live in inappropriate responses to reality. From accepting lies to ignoring red flags, we cut our own throats when we choose comfort over truth. What you’ll take away from this episode: Why self-deception is the most destructive form of betrayal. The difference between their truth and THE truth. How to recognize when you’re responding to feelings instead of facts. What appropriate responses to reality look like in everyday life. Why holding yourself and your friends accountable is an act of love. This episode isn’t about judgment, it’s about alignment. Because until you stop pretending, the lies will always have meaning. 👉 Tune in now to The Trigger and The Truth Podcast. #TheTriggerAndTheTruth #CutThroatCommittee #MentalHealthMatters #HealingJourney #RealConversations #SelfDeception #FaceTheTruth

🎙️ Episode 40: Part Two: Sir, You’re Not On My Payroll: Entitled Energy is Expensive Podcast: The Trigger and The Truth Host: Tina White Series: Mental Health Matters 📝 Episode Summary: Part Two: Sir, You’re Not On My Payroll – Entitled Energy is Expensive picks up where Episode 39 left off. This time, Tina dives deep into one personal story, when casual dating collided with financial entitlement, insecurity, and the audacity to try and cash in on someone else’s hustle. It’s not just about a man asking for a cut of a commission check he didn’t earn, it’s about what that moment revealed: unspoken resentments, shifting dynamics, and how entitlement can quietly drain your energy if you don’t check it early. This episode is a wake-up call about protecting your peace, your pockets, and your mental bandwidth from people who think being in your proximity gives them ownership over your effort. Episode Introduction "Welcome back to The Trigger and The Truth. This is Part Two of a conversation we started in Episode 39: The Lies We Tell Ourselves in Relationships That Should Have Been a One-Night Stand. In this episode, we’re talking about one specific situation from my own life — a moment when casual dating got tangled up with financial entitlement. Let me paint the picture: You’re focused, you’re working, you’re building. Someone you’re dating sees your success and instead of celebrating, they start calculating. And suddenly, you’re not just managing the relationship — you’re managing their insecurity and sense of ownership over your hustle. So today, I want to walk you through what happened, why entitlement energy is so expensive, and how to spot it before it costs you more than money. And I’ve got five key questions for you to ask yourself if you suspect someone is trying to live off your efforts without ever clocking in." Five Questions from the Episode Does this person celebrate my wins or do they compete with them? Have they ever implied they deserve a piece of my success without contributing to it? Do I feel I have to downplay my accomplishments to keep them comfortable? Are they adding value to my life or just attaching themselves to the benefits? Mental Health Isn’t About Comfort—It’s About Capacity: Learn how to build the cognitive range to handle life on all levels, even when it’s hard.
🎙️ Episode 38: Cognitive Range-Being Able to Cope with Life on All Levels Podcast: The Trigger and The Truth Host: Tina White Series: Mental Health Matters 📝 Episode Summary: Somewhere along the way, the movement to destigmatize mental health got… distorted. We didn’t just normalize therapy — we turned it into a personality trait. We didn’t just encourage self-awareness — we started diagnosing every feeling. And now? Everything is a trigger. Everything is trauma. Instead of using mental health tools to build strength, some of us are using mental health language as a shield — justifying avoidance, self-sabotage, and emotional fragility in the name of “protection.” But real mental health isn’t about staying comfortable. It’s about capacity. It’s the ability to handle life as it comes — the good, the bad, and the messy — without falling apart every time something feels uncomfortable. That’s what I call cognitive range. In this episode, I’m breaking down: • What cognitive range really means and why it matters. • How the mental health conversation got twisted along the way. • The 5-question mental strength diagnostic to see where you might be hiding from growth. • Why good mental health should be challenged, not coddled. • How to shift from comfort to capacity in your mental health journey. If your mental health work isn’t making you stronger, it’s time to ask why. 🎧 Listen now and let’s get back to what the mental health movement was meant to do help us heal, grow, and show up for life on all levels. I’m Processing: The Entrepreneur’s Guide to Healing Without a Break
🎙️ Episode 37: I’m Processing: The Entrepreneur’s Guide to Healing Without a Break Podcast: The Trigger and The Truth Host: Tina White Series: Mental Health Matters 📝 Episode Summary: Some storms don’t pass in a day. Some storms don’t pass in a year. They change shape, slow down, speed up—but never truly disappear. And yet, life still demands that we live, parent, love, work, and keep showing up in the middle of them. In this episode of The Trigger and The Truth, I’m pulling back the curtain on what it really looks like to keep moving when life doesn’t give you a pause button. I share my personal journey of raising children, running a business, grieving major losses, and navigating betrayal—all without a safety net, a break, or the luxury of healing in peace. I call this state Processing—and it’s proof that living, building, and healing can happen at the same time. 🔍 What You’ll Hear in This Episode: Segment 1 – Defining “Processing” The truth about healing while in motion. How societal myths about “fully healing first” don’t match real life. My real-time reflections as a mother, entrepreneur, and woman moving her child into college while still carrying her own grief. Segment 2 – Healing Without a Pause Button The daily grind of grieving while meeting responsibilities. How “background grief” quietly affects your mind, body, and energy. Small, realistic healing practices that can fit into a demanding life. Segment 3 – The Weight of Being the Strong One The emotional toll of being the one everyone counts on—but no one checks on. How betrayal, loss, and lack of support have shaped my boundaries and choices. Why acceptance became the turning point in how I process pain. Segment 4 – How to Keep Moving While You’re Still Processing Building your small circle of truth. Setting boundaries without apology. Finding joy and peace in the middle of chaos. Why you can’t wait for life to “calm down” before you start living. 💡 Key Quote from This Episode: "Processing is not failure. Processing is proof that you’re still here, still moving, still building something—even while the rain is falling. And that’s strength in its purest form." 📚 Resources & Links Mentioned: Grab your copy of Pick Up the Pieces — [Link in bio] Listen to Episode 33: Healing Starts Here for your free national therapy directory. 🎯 Call to Action: If you’re in your own storm right now, know this—you don’t have to wait until it passes to start living again. What’s Grief?: Not Just Death—The Losses We Don’t Talk About
🎙️ Episode 32: What’s Grief? “Not Just Death—The Losses We Don’t Talk About” Podcast: The Trigger and The Truth Host: Tina White Series: Year of the Therapist – Grief, Truth, and the Unspoken 🔊 Episode Summary: Grief doesn’t come with a timer. It doesn’t fit into a caption. It doesn’t make itself digestible just because people around you are uncomfortable with your pain. In this raw and necessary episode of The Trigger and The Truth, Tina White opens up the conversation so many try to avoid—what grief really looks like, especially in Black and Brown communities, where silence is praised and stoicism is mistaken for strength. We talk about why grieving openly is often seen as weakness, how generational and systemic trauma have buried our grief under shame, and what it looks like to actually make space for healing. This episode is a reminder: Grief is personal. Grief is layered. And however long it takes—it’s valid. "Stop policing how people grieve. Stop expecting folks to 'get over it' when you never even asked if they were okay. People are grieving in real time while raising children, running businesses, taking care of families, showing up on Zoom calls with a smile—and they’re dying inside. So my message? Let people grieve how they grieve. Don’t just tolerate it—honor it. Respect it. Pray that the universe gives you the same space and grace one day when your grief shows up." 💬 Closing Words – Tina White: "Grief is not weakness. It’s a sacred process. And it’s not your job to make it palatable for other people. If you’re grieving right now—whether you’ve spoken it or not—I see you. I honor you. And I pray you let it out before it burns you from the inside. This is The Trigger and The Truth. We don’t sugarcoat. We tell it like it is. So if this hit you, share it with someone who’s still hiding their heartbreak. Let this episode be their permission slip." 📢 Call to Action: ✅ Tag someone who needs to hear this 💬 Share your story or what you’ve been grieving in silence 🎙️ Subscribe, rate, and review The Trigger and The Truth Grief is not weakness. Bonus Episode: God’s Favor Will Let Them Get It Wrong, So You Can Get It Right

Bonus Episode: God’s Favor Will Let Them Get It Wrong, So You Can Get It Right
🎙️ Bonus Episode: God’s Favor Will Let Them Get It Wrong, So You Can Get It Right Series: Full Disclosure– The Trigger and The Truth Podcast Host: Tina White Episode Overview: "Welcome back to The Trigger and The Truth. I'm Tina White, and today’s episode is a divine clapback. We’re calling this one: ‘God’s Favor Will Let Them Get It Wrong, So You Can Get It Right.’ Because there are folks out here trying to figure out how you’re still breathing, still building, still blessed and the truth is, it’s not about them. It’s about who walks with you." Segment 1: Favor Ain’t Random. It’s Righteous. Let’s talk about this myth: “Favor ain’t fair.” I disagree. Favor is very fair. It's just not handed out by people—it’s granted by God. There’s nothing you can fake, forge, or finesse to earn divine favor. It’s an assignment. It’s alignment. You can’t network your way into it. You obey your way into it. And because favor is fair, it often shows up in ways folks don't expect. That’s why people get mad—it didn’t come through them. And when God puts favor on your life, He’ll absolutely let someone get it wrong so He can publicly make it right. Segment 2: Delusional Demons Be Mad at Your Assignment Some of y’all got people who are angry with you for something you didn’t even ask for. You didn’t force this calling. You didn’t apply for this anointing. You were chosen. So, to the delusional demons: You mad at me over something GOD gave me? That’s a battle you’re never gonna win. Because here's what I know: You can lie on me, but the truth will still show up. You can block my name, but you can’t block my favor. You can walk away, but you can’t walk off what’s been written. Segment 3: God Will Use the Wrong Ones to Reveal the Right Path Sometimes God lets the enemy in the room not to destroy you, but to expose them. Sometimes He’ll allow someone to sabotage a deal, walk out on you, or slander your name so He can redirect you into what’s really yours. That betrayal wasn’t a delay. It was divine rerouting. That closed door wasn’t rejection. It was redirection. Let them get it wrong. God’s gonna use their wrong to set your right in motion. Segment 4: You Just Have to Stay Aligned The secret to walking in favor is alignment. Not popularity. Not perfection. Alignment. Stay in position. Stay in obedience. Stay in truth. Because no weapon formed against you shall prosper—but some weapons will form. You just won’t be destroyed by them. 💬 Closing Thoughts – Tina White: "Some of y’all were crying over closed doors that God slammed shut for your protection. You were grieving what He never meant for you to keep. But I’m here to remind you—God’s favor is still on you. Even after the betrayal. Even after the heartbreak. Even after they got it wrong. So stay aligned. Stay faithful. And when they ask how you did it? Tell ‘em: it was favor. And yes, it was very fair." 🔁 Call to Action: ✅ Share this episode with someone questioning their worth after being wronged 📥 DM your story of divine favor—we might feature it 🎙️ Subscribe and leave a review if this episode reminded you who you are #GodsFavor, #TriggerAndTheTruth, #TinaWhiteTruths, #SpiritualAccountability, #NoWeaponFormed, #AlignmentOverApproval, #FavorIsFair

Karma Simplified – Do Unto Others As You Would Have Them Do Unto You
🎙️Episode 30: Karma Simplified – Do Unto Others As You Would Have Them Do Unto You Subtitle: "Every Action Has an Echo — And Karma Keeps Receipts" Series: Full Disclosure– The Trigger and The Truth Podcast Host: Tina White Episode Overview: In this episode of The Trigger and The Truth, Tina White breaks down karma—not as some abstract, cosmic justice system, but as real-life, everyday accountability. This isn’t about revenge, superstition, or waiting for the universe to “handle it.” It’s about alignment, respect, and reciprocity. Because the truth is, the energy you give will return—and it doesn’t need your permission to do so. Whether it’s in how you treat your partner, raise your children, speak to your team, or move in business—your actions echo. And karma keeps receipts. This episode is a reminder for anyone who’s ever said “it’s just business” while betraying trust… for anyone who moves recklessly and calls it strategy… for anyone who thinks they’re above accountability: your karma might not come today, but it’s already on the calendar. 🧠 What You’ll Learn: Why karma is less about mysticism and more about emotional math How generational energy—good or bad—gets passed down The quiet consequences of betrayal, manipulation, and deception What emotional debt looks like in real life (and why it’s time to pay it off) How to build alignment through integrity, compassion, and truth-telling 💬 Tina Says: “Karma doesn’t miss. You might not see it in the moment, but it always shows up. In your peace. In your parenting. In your partnerships. The real question is—are you proud of what’s coming back to you?” 🎧 Listen Now Hit play on Episode 30: Karma Simplified and let this be your personal mirror. Full Disclosure: The Child Pays for the Sins and Secrets of the Father
🎙️Episode 29: Full Disclosure: The Child Pays for the Sins and Secrets of the Father Subtitle: Confused, Complicated, and Carrying It Alone – The Emotional Reset Men Deserve Series: Full Disclosure– The Trigger and The Truth Podcast Host: Tina White Episode Overview: This episode sits with the truth that’s often avoided. In too many households, men are suffering silently from things that were never their fault but have shaped every part of their lives. Tina White opens the door to a conversation about what happens when pain goes unspoken and wounds go untreated. From childhood violations to confusion around identity, from emotional shut-down to hypersexuality, this episode explores how unresolved trauma becomes the driving force behind destructive behavior. You may know him. Maybe you are him. The man with the sharp edge, short temper, multiple children in multiple homes, always in some kind of chaos, emotionally closed off. Sometimes that’s a conscious choice. But other times, it’s a cover for confusion, shame, and unprocessed trauma dating back to when someone crossed a line that should’ve never been crossed. Many men have never been offered a space to speak about what happened. They were raised to power through, to lead while broken, to provide without ever unpacking the pain they’ve buried. Some don’t even know that the chaos they cause is a result of wounds they never asked for. And in protecting secrets, families sacrifice healing. This is not a conversation about blaming anyone. It’s about drawing a line. A choice to face what’s real. Because hiding the truth won’t protect your children. And silence will not save your relationships. Real healing starts with full honesty—especially with yourself. What We’re Unpacking: How generational trauma shapes emotional patterns What happens when silence becomes a father’s legacy Why emotional neglect is often mistaken for discipline The hidden cost of “being strong” in the absence of support What it takes to break the cycle and choose healing over harm 💬 “You can’t lead with clarity when you’re living in confusion. And your children deserve more than your pain recycled.” If you’ve never had the language for what’s been holding you back, this episode gives it to you. It’s not too late to stop performing and start healing. 🎧 Tap in. DARVO in Real Life: The Power of Truth Part 4: Leading From the Scar, Not the Wound
🎙️ Episode 26 -DARVO in Real Life: The Power of Truth Part 4: Leading From the Scar, Not the Wound July Spotlight – Mental Health & Entrepreneurship Host: Tina White, The Trigger and The Truth 🎧Part 4 of 4: “Leading From The Scar” Overview: "Welcome back to The Trigger and The Truth. I’m your host, Tina White—and today, we wrap up the DARVO in Real Life series with the part most people never get to: Reclaiming your truth. Leading your life and business not from your pain, but from your power. Because survival is only the first step. Reclaiming your voice—that’s where the freedom is." PART 1: SURVIVAL IS NOT THE END OF THE STORY "I survived betrayal. I survived denial. I survived public lies and private heartbreak. But survival isn’t the end goal. It’s the starting line. I didn’t go through all that to stay small, bitter, or broken. I went through it so I could lead from a place of clarity and truth—and help somebody else realize they’re not crazy, they’re not alone, and they’re not what happened to them." PART 2: DARVO SURVIVORS—WHAT YOU NEED TO HEAR "If you’ve ever been gaslit, smeared, or silenced, let me say this to you plain: You are not the villain in your survival story. Their denial does not cancel your reality. Their silence does not erase your healing. You do not need their permission to heal. You do not need their confession to move forward. Your truth is enough. You are enough." PART 3: LEADING FROM THE SCAR, NOT THE WOUND "For a long time, I led from my wound. I was hurt and angry—and every business decision, every relationship, every risk was filtered through that pain. But healing taught me this: Your scar is where the light gets in. I started making decisions from a healed place: Protecting my peace like it was profit. Choosing partnerships that honored my truth. Walking away from spaces where my story had to be silenced to be accepted. PART 4: THE BUSINESS OF TRUTH-TELLING "And let’s talk business for a second—because your mental health isn’t separate from your success. When you build from your truth: You attract aligned clients. You set clear boundaries. You stop wasting energy managing other people’s projections. Truth-telling is not just healing. It’s strategy." PART 5: THE POWER OF YOUR STORY "The truth is—your story isn’t just yours. Someone else is waiting on your courage to tell it. Because when you speak it out loud, you give permission for someone else to release their shame. I’m not here because my story is perfect. I’m here because I survived it. And you can too." PART 6: UPLIFTING TAKEAWAY – THE TRUTH OUTLASTS THE LIE "So, here’s your reminder: The lie may be loud. The smear campaign may be convincing. The silence from the people you thought would stand with you may feel deafening. But your truth will outlast all of it. Keep building. Keep healing. Keep speaking. Because what they denied doesn’t define you. What you rebuilt in spite of them—that’s your legacy." "Thank you for walking through this series with me. If you’ve found yourself in my story, know that this is just the beginning of your next chapter. Stay connected, keep protecting your peace, and remember this: You are not what they did to you. You are what you do next. This has been The Trigger and The Truth. I’m Tina White. Until next time—keep walking in your truth, unapologetically." 🎧 Listen now: Leading From the Scar, Not the Wound #DARVO #BetrayalTrauma #TriggerAndTheTruth #EntrepreneurHealing #MentalHealthInBusiness
