Ep. 12 - Never Give Up:Empowering Women through Surrogacy & Building Hope for Families- A Conversation with Staci Swiderski
In this empowering episode of Worthy, Jess sits down with Staci Swiderski, founder and CEO of Family Source Consultants, a nationally recognized surrogacy and egg donation agency that has helped bring more than 1,500 babies into the world over the past 19 years. Staci shares her deeply personal journey—from deciding as a child that she could rely only on herself, to building a purpose-driven business rooted in compassion, resilience, and hope. After facing her own limitations while trying to conceive her fourth child, Staci turned to surrogacy—an experience that sparked her calling to help other families navigate infertility without shame or self-doubt. This conversation explores the emotional toll of infertility, the importance of mental and emotional support during the surrogacy process, and why needing help does not make someone unworthy. Staci emphasizes how comparison among women can be painful—and why true empowerment comes from holding one another up and being inspired by each other’s success. Staci also speaks candidly about her own self-doubt, how she learned to use it as fuel rather than a limitation, and why her favorite mantra—“Never give up”—has guided her through entrepreneurship, motherhood, and leadership. She shares the vision behind her She Decides Podcast and She Decides jewelry collection, both created to help women reclaim their voice, confidence, and sense of worth. This episode is a reminder that asking for help is not weakness, that hope is powerful, and that you are worthy—exactly as you are. Ep. 10 - Discipline as Self-Love: Why Keeping Promises to Yourself Changes Everything
01/06/2026
Ep. 10 - Discipline as Self-Love: Why Keeping Promises to Yourself Changes Everything
Every new year begins with goals, intentions, and promises we swear we’ll keep — and yet so many of us find ourselves stuck in the same cycle: starting strong, falling off, feeling ashamed, and giving up altogether. In this solo episode of Worthy, Jess takes a compassionate and honest look at discipline, why we resist it, and how it’s been misunderstood for far too long. Instead of punishment or pressure, discipline is reframed as one of the purest forms of self-love — the act of keeping promises to yourself and building deep self-trust. Drawing from yoga philosophy, Jess introduces the concept of Tapas, often translated as discipline but better understood as burning enthusiasm. This episode explores why starting something new feels so hard, how fear disguises itself as procrastination or distraction, and why our brains are wired to choose comfort over growth. Jess vulnerably shares her own journey — including her fear of success, fear of responsibility, and the belief that she wasn’t capable of handling the life she wanted. Everything shifted when the pain of staying where she was became greater than the fear of moving toward a new direction. What followed was the creation of small, supportive habits that ultimately led her to a completely different calling than she first imagined. This episode is for anyone who: Struggles to stay consistent with goals or routines Feels stuck starting over again and again Fears failure or success Wants to rebuild self-trust and confidence Is craving momentum, clarity, and alignment in the new year ✨ You’ll walk away with reflective questions, practical mindset shifts, and permission to start imperfectly — because starting creates momentum, and momentum creates belief. Discipline isn’t about being harder on yourself. It’s about believing you’re worth showing up for.

Ep. 8 - "Unlearning" What it Means to be Deeply Human: A conversation with Olivia Allen
In this episode of Worthy, Jessica sits down with spiritual psychologist and longtime friend, and co-host of the podcast “Broad Ideas”, Olivia Allen for an honest conversation about unlearning — unlearning the stories we’ve absorbed about self-worth, identity, and what it truly means to be deeply human. Together, they explore the practice of releasing judgment around our emotions and instead meeting ourselves with curiosity, presence, and compassion. Olivia challenges the idea that confidence is required for growth, sharing why confidence is often overrated and how doing hard things without it is what actually builds real worth and inner value. The conversation dives into self-worth beyond external validation, reminding us that we are born worthy — yet often have to unlearn the outside evidence our minds accept as truth. Olivia vulnerably reflects on past relationship patterns, including mistrusting people who saw her clearly, and how our beliefs about what we deserve shape what we desire and allow into our lives. They also discuss the disconnect that can arise when our inner desires don’t match our behavior, and how sobriety became a powerful turning point in helping Olivia realign with her values, dreams, and sense of self. For anyone who feels pressure to define a single purpose, this episode offers permission to be multifaceted and to keep answering the call toward growth as it evolves. Throughout the conversation, Jessica and Olivia explore intuition versus instinct, resistance, self-trust, and the ongoing process of unlearning what keeps us disconnected from ourselves. Topics include: unlearning • self-worth • emotional awareness • sobriety • inner validation • intuition vs instinct • personal growth • identity • relationships • purpose • self-trust Don’t forget to check out Olivia’s amazing podcast, “Broad Ideas” wherever you get your podcasts… Quick link here: Instagram @broad_ideas_pod If you wish to work with Olivia 1:1 you can reach out to her on Instagram @obliviaallen Thank you for tuning into Worthy.
