Building Safety, Releasing Shame, and Healing the Fear of Being Seen /Solo Episode
This week I’m diving into something we all do, often without realizing — self-sabotage. Whether it shows up in love, work, or how we share ourselves with the world, it’s rarely about laziness or lack of willpower. It’s about safety, belief, and the stories our subconscious & nervous system cling to. I open up about my own patterns — the ways I used to hold myself back, hide behind perfection, overgive in relationships — and how I began to rewire those old beliefs. If you’ve ever found yourself procrastinating, people-pleasing, or shrinking the moment you’re finally being seen, this one’s for you. Here’s what I explore: 💭 What self-sabotage really is — and why it’s not your fault 🌙 How childhood beliefs quietly shape your adult life ⚡️ The link between nervous system safety and lasting change 🌿 Simple, grounding tools to regulate and return to yourself 🧠 How to reprogram limiting beliefs using awareness and proof 💫 The power of visualization and evidence-based self-trust 🤍 Learning to feel safe being seen — online and in love Here’s to the version of you who’s ready to stop hiding 🫶🏻 Check out my new live 5-week program, starting on October 24: Chapters 00:00 When everything goes wrong (and why it’s not a sign to stop) 01:00 What self-sabotage really is and how it shows up 03:00 The beliefs that keep us stuck in fear and hiding 06:00 How to recognize and question your limiting thoughts 09:00 Rewiring your mind: replacing old beliefs with safety and truth 10:30 The role of nervous system regulation in real growth 13:00 Simple daily practices to return to calm and clarity 14:00 Visualisation and proof: training your brain for change 18:00 Choosing to go all in on your new reality 19:45 Grace, growth, and self-compassion through the process 20:00 Introducing Seen & Safe: the 5-week journey to feeling seen 27:00 Why the fear of being seen runs deeper than social media 28:30 Closing reflections and invitation to join More from WELLthy: → → → :
