THE CHAT CONNECTION
There is a constant challenge in speaking about relationships and falsely labeled stigmas I feel we need to normalize because NO ONE is immune to them. So come join me every Saturday, while I debunk some myths and misconceptions in relationships, social injustices, business, and mental health in order to normalize discussions around these topics one chat at a time. In the process, I'm sure you can laugh, learn, and gain insight to conversations you would be reluctant to participate in or have access to; ultimately bringing us closer as a human race.
MODERN RACISM PODCAST
Created by a Sociologist/College Professor, this podcast gets into the minutia of modern day racial bias and the shadows of institutional racism. This podcast is adjoined to an upcoming documentary film entitled "Modern Racism." This film explores America's efforts to repair the damage caused by institutional racism. In this podcast, Sociologist Trevor B. Milton will engage in uncomfortable conversations on racism, the color line, the legacy of white supremacy, and up-to-date DNA research on race, to name a few.

CHRISTI'S COUCH
Christi Lukasiak was one of the original Dance Moms, the fierce and funny mom who wasn’t afraid to speak her mind. Now, a few years older and wiser, Christi Lukasiak is still fierce and funny. In her new podcast, Christi's Couch, she gets candid about her experiences, gives advice about growing up, and encourages you to become the best version of yourself, while having a little fun along the way. Each week, Christi will chat with experts, entertainers, celebrities, boss babes, and also a few old friends to bring you practical insight for navigating life in these chaotic times! Hopefully you’ll laugh a lot, maybe cry a little, learn a thing or two, and realize it’s ok to screw up. Like Christi always says, it's the journey that matters, not the destination.
