VIGILS IN THE DARK PODCAST
We are the investigators, producers and owners of the Vigils in the Dark true crime podcast. Our ultimate goal is to assist families and communities by spreading awareness of the crimes that have affected them. We believe that the more light shed on each case brings us all closer to solving them, therefore we have dedicated all of our resources, time and compassion towards researching, interviewing and working each case to the best of our abilities.
GRUESOME GOSSIP
Gruesome Gossip is a creepy comedy podcast for anyone who’s been told they have a sick sense of humor. Your hosts, Britany Felix and Marti Simone, discuss morbid historical facts, their favorite creepypastas, real-life paranormal experiences, terrifying true crimes, crazy conspiracy theories, and all things creepy and gruesome while not taking themselves too seriously. So, if you’re the type of person who enjoys watching videos of fluffy kittens as much as you love binge-watching murder documentaries, you've found your people.
BLOOD TOWN
In season two, we bring you coverage from the State of Georgia v. Marcus Lillard trial. He is charged with felony murder, aggravated assault, involuntary manslaughter, and reckless conduct. From opening arguments to closing statements, the State contends that Marcus Lillard had a history of strangling women during sex and did strangle his girlfriend Marianne Shockley on Mother’s Day 2019, causing her death. They further argue that his conduct was reckless by not calling 911 for nearly two hours. The defense purports that there is no evidence that sex took place that night, and if it did, there is no evidence that it was caused by Marcus Lillard. Hear all of the evidence and testimony from the trial and decide for yourself if Marcus Lillard is guilty or not guilty.
HIGH CRIME POD

Look, we all have anxiety, among other health and mental health issues, and who's to judge what helps you get through this trippy, wild thing we call life, right? For us, weed is medicine, and honestly, it can help you chill tf out and chat about one of your favorite (and yet, macabre) topics without going into a full, anxious meltdown and googling how expensive retractable steel covers for windows are. So whether you smoke or not, join us on this wild ride through murder, mysteries, and maybe even some supernatural goodies. We know it's a dark topic, but don't worry, we'll make you laugh, too. They seem kind of like mutually exclusive topics - true crime and comedy. But who doesn't love a good comedic relief? We know we do -- and we hope to be that for you. Well, hope to chat with you soon. Email info@highcrimepod.com to share your true crime stories, questions, comments, concerns, or even your favorite way to indulge in the devil's lettuce.
