info_outlineI cut straight to it here - If you are in a relationship and challenged with mental health the last thing I want you to do is victimize yourself.
This victimization keeps you small. It makes it difficult to see the truth behind what you are moving through.
I get personal and share how my victimization had left me blind sighted to the many challenges my relationship faced. When I was able to move beyond victimhood - I could feel into truth (this is what I want for you)
I was able to recognize it was not my fault. I was not the sole cause for the challenges within my relationship and it certainly was not because I had mental health challenges. There was a lack of support within my relationship and beyond this there was an inability to meet me where I was at. This mean the difficulties my partner and I faced was a reflection of both of us - NOT - me and the hurdles I faced.
In this series - I provide you some "red flags" - things to look for if you feel your partner may not be supporting you in the ways you want and need.
