Sara has spent years balancing the challenges inherent to finding a space in the music industry, and she goes into generous detail about the anxiety and depression she has faced at different points in her life throughout the process. She is a huge advocate for mental health, and while she remains as aspirational as ever, she has also found the importance of saying “No” and creating a safe space in her mind to avoid burnout.
