Hi everyone, Carl Gould here with your #70secondCEO. Just a little over a one minute investment every day for a lifetime of results.

So, now we break away. So break away is, we need to take the consistent action everyday but to make sure that our plan works but we have--we need to do what’s uncomfortable not just what’s convenient, alright. What is--even though you might not feel like getting in your car and driving something personally to somebody at their house at 9 o'clock at night because you have other plans, that’s what you’ll need to do now. What is necessary for your business, not just what’s convenient or comfortable, alright. You cannot run your business the way you did pre-covid. Those days are over, we don’t live in that climate anymore. So, perfect example was, there’s a restaurant chain that used to have curbside delivery during the pandemic, alright. And it became a real local favorite, people were lining up in their cars, they would see each other but as soon as restaurants were allowed to go back to inside, curbside? They stop it and they said “okay no more us walking the food out to the curb, you got to come in now”. Well they went from being one of the busier restaurants in town to all of a sudden being slow like everyone else.
