Greg’s Bio

Greg Bennick knows about focus. Having spent an entire lifetime moving in countless global directions, from starting an international humanitarian nonprofit organization, to fronting a touring punk band, to speaking on stages in twenty-seven countries, Greg had no idea that severe ADHD was behind his journey until later in life.

With that realization, he began to trace his journey backwards, arriving at seeing a single juggling ball in flight when he was a child. That moment of clarity was the key to unlock his life's work. He explores what focus means to each of us, and the effect it has on our psychology.

In his Build a Better Now® keynote, he asks us to consider what our own single juggling ball actually is. We are all deeply affected by distractions amidst the modern rat race. People everywhere are overworked, anxious, and entirely stressed out. We need to be focusing today on today. Greg shares new angles on how focus builds self-esteem.

He explains how increased self esteem affects how we show up, as a leader, as a teammate, and as a communicator. Greg transforms audiences and has a good time while doing it. He shares ideas about focus learned and earned over decades of interaction and engagement with people from literally all around the world.
