After the 2011 LFL US season, Jessica Hopkins was recognized as the league's Mortaza Award winner. In 2012, she competed in the inaugural season of LFL Canada for the BC Angels, leading them to a league title. She was the LFL Canada tackles champion in 2012. As an American import player, Hopkins led all players with 27 tackles.
She led the BC Angels to their first-ever Bowl championship in 2012. As a retired athlete who lives in Seattle, she’s now a personal trainer and a certified strength & conditioning specialist. On the personal side, she’s into blogging, particularly in fashion, beauty, and home decoration.
