Caught in the middle of stress, most of us default to managing what’s wrong—what’s lacking. Deadlines pile up, relationships strain, plans wobble, and suddenly, something breaks. Instinctively, we react. We snap, we judge, we retreat, or we lash out. Reacting feels fast, even necessary; it’s the path of least resistance when pressure mounts. But the better path is to choose response over reaction. Because reacting won’t get you where you want to go. Reacting keeps you stuck in the same loop, spinning your wheels on what’s failing, what’s missing, what’s falling short. It’s a...

Faith isn’t a fuzzy feeling or wishful thinking. Faith is a bold conviction rooted deep in what we hope for, anchored firmly in what we cannot yet see. Rarely does life follow the script we write in our heads. Plans derail, obstacles pop up, and sometimes it feels like someone or something is playing a twisted joke just to test how much you can take. But here’s the thing: you’re letting the challenges tell a story that isn’t true. Impossible is just a word, not a fact. Impossible no more. Most days, things won’t go the way you planned—and that’s exactly where the opportunity lives. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the . Take a deep breath. Inhale the new, exhale the old. Don’t let what you think you can’t do get in the way of what you can do to create your now. Train like you mean it. Most people quit before they even start. The voice in your head whispers limits, fears, and doubts. “You’re not strong enough. You don’t have enough time. You won’t see results.” That voice? It’s your biggest obstacle. Stop listening. Start doing. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the . We live in a world that often feels like it’s spinning too fast, demanding more than we can give, pulling our attention in every direction but inward. It’s easy to get stuck reacting to the noise around us, to the pressures and expectations flying at us like relentless waves. But what if the real anchor isn’t out there—it’s right here, inside you? What if the difference between feeling overwhelmed and feeling whole is simply giving yourself a little bit of love? This isn’t about knowing everything or having those perfect moments. It’s about the quiet practice of compassion toward...

Life’s noise and distractions are relentless. When you pause, even for a moment, you might notice that your mind is cluttered, not with what truly matters, but with trivial nagging thoughts and surface-level worries. Those persistent little things hammering at your head and heart don’t deserve the space. What you really need is to dig deeper and ask the hard questions to get the honest answers. But most people don’t want to ask the hard questions because they secretly crave an easy escape. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the . Think about...

Not in surrender. Not in defeat. But in a bold, clear-eyed decision to look up.
Life’s challenges—let’s call it life’s CRAP (challenges, rejections, adversities, problems)—have a sneaky way of pulling us into isolation.
They make us feel abandoned, alone, afraid, not enough, or even left behind.
TRUTH: If you spend your life leading from behind, you’ll miss what’s right in front of you.
Stop overwhelming yourself. Stop overdoing it. Stop overplaying the days. Hand over the hard things!
The K.I.S.S. ~ Hand over the hard things!
You get to decide how you show up in your everyday. You get to say NO or YES to what matters in your everyday. You get to hand over the hard things.
So, what exactly does it mean to hand over the hard things—especially to God? And how do you do it without losing control or giving up?
Here are three practical moves to start with:
-
Name It Out Loud
Stop hiding the hard things in your mind’s dark corners. Speak them clearly—in prayer, in journaling, or to someone you trust. When you name the struggle, you take the first step in handing it over. You’re not just sharing your burden; you’re inviting God into the mess you can’t solve alone.
"Cast your burden on the Lord, and he will sustain you; he will never permit the righteous to be moved." —Psalm 55:22
Speaking your struggles out loud is like casting your burden onto God’s shoulders. He promises to carry it—not abandon you. -
Choose to Trust, Not Ignore
Handing over the hard things isn’t about pretending they don’t exist. It’s about trusting that there is a plan, even when the path looks unclear. When anxiety spikes or doubts creep in, remind yourself: you don’t have to carry this alone. Trust that God is ready and willing to do life with you—every day, no exceptions.
"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding." —Proverbs 3:5
Trust isn’t a passive hope. It’s an active decision to relinquish control and rely on God’s wisdom, even when the path isn’t clear. -
Act in Small Steps of Faith
Letting go doesn’t mean freezing or running away. It means taking one deliberate action in faith. It could be setting a boundary, asking for help, or simply pausing to breathe and pray. These small acts are powerful. They’re the practical ways you hand over the hard things without losing your grip on what matters.
"For we walk by faith, not by sight." —2 Corinthians 5:7
Handing over hard things includes stepping forward with faith, even when you can’t see the whole road ahead. Small steps rooted in trust change everything.
Here’s the bottom line: your journey is not meant to be a solo act. God doesn’t want you to live life carrying the weight by yourself. He wants to dance with you every day as a duet, to walk with you through every challenge, every doubt, and every hard day.
So, what hard things are you holding onto today? What can you realistically let go of right now?
Maybe it’s the need to control the outcome, the pressure to have all the answers, or the belief that you have to prove your worth every moment.
Handing over the hard things isn’t weakness—it’s wisdom. It’s courage in motion.
Look up. Reach out. Let God carry what you can’t.
You don’t have to go it alone. It's time for your duet!
"Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"
