Create Your Now with Kristianne Wargo

There is something inside of you that the world needs. Not the version of you that has been shaped and polished by degrees, training programs, and years of professional experience β€” though those things matter. But it runs deeper. Before you ever sat in a classroom or clocked into your first job, God planted something in you that was never meant to collect dust; lead with your gifts. Too many of us have spent years building lives around what we've learned while quietly setting aside what we've been given. We show up to work with our skill sets. We volunteer with our expertise. We check the...

4185 And That's A Wrap! show art 4185 And That's A Wrap!

Create Your Now with Kristianne Wargo

You cross the finish line. You hit the milestone. You reach that thing you've been praying over, grinding toward, and believing God for β€” and you exhale. And that's a wrap. Or is it? When you accomplish a goal or finally touch a long-held dream, do you stop? Do you sit down, dust off your hands, and call it done? Or does something inside you whisper, "There's more?" It's very interesting how we see life. The moments can feel like a year, when it might have been only a day. But nothing worth having comes in a moment.  Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join...

4184 Come and See show art 4184 Come and See

Create Your Now with Kristianne Wargo

There are seasons in life when the darkness feels closer than it should. When the weight of what you're walking through presses in from every side and you start to wonder if the light you once felt so sure of is still there. Maybe it's grief. Maybe it's uncertainty. Maybe it's a weariness that has settled so deeply into your bones that you can't remember what rest feels like. Wherever you are right now, whatever shadow has crept into the edges of your story, do something simple and holy β€” come and see. Come and see that the light has not gone out. Desire to be supported and encouraged by...

Create Your Now with Kristianne Wargo

You married your best friend. You chose each other. And somewhere along the way, the life you're building together started pulling you apart β€” not because the love faded, but because everything else got louder. You're not fighting. You're not even frustrated with each other most days. You're just missing each other; sitting in the same house but living in different rhythms. And that quiet distance? It didn't happen because of one bad day. It happened one full week at a time. So when life crowds in on your marriage, don't let the calendar replace the connection. However, the biggest threat to...

Create Your Now with Kristianne Wargo

It's not that unheard of to want to explain everything to your children. We carry decades of life behind us, and we think if we can just say the right thing at the right time, we can spare them the pain. But regardless of their age and stage of life, what they need is your presence. Not your lecture. Not your five-point plan. Your presence; listening is love. You don't have to have all the answers. You don't have to be the problem-solver every single time. What they need from you is ears to hear. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the . ...

4181 The Heat Is On show art 4181 The Heat Is On

Create Your Now with Kristianne Wargo

There are moments in life when everything feels like it's pressing in β€” the deadlines, the demands, the weight of expectations, and the relentless pace that never seems to slow down. And right in the middle of all of it, you realize something: the heat is on. Not just the kind that comes from outside pressure, but the kind that rises from within, the fire that tells you it's time to move, to grow, to step into the fullness of who you are and who you are created to be. No matter what happens in your day, at some point you have to be willing to go the extra mile, play full out, and do whatever...

4180 The Soil No One Talks About show art 4180 The Soil No One Talks About

Create Your Now with Kristianne Wargo

People will tell you about the blooming, the breakthrough, and the moment they finally stepped into the calling God placed on their life, where everything clicks because He has been planning it all along. But nobody really talks about the soil no one talks about β€” the stuff underneath the surface that made the bloom possible in the first place. The seasons that felt more like a burial than planting. The prayers that seemed to bounce off the ceiling. The plans you laid out in good faith that God, in His gentle sovereignty, folded up and tucked away. And if you've been in one of those...

Create Your Now with Kristianne Wargo

Have you ever watched a tennis match and noticed the winner isn't always the one hitting the hardest? Sometimes it's the one who knows when to slow down, when to push forward, and when to reset between points. With the US Open in full swing right now, there's no better time to be reminded that the way we approach our daily lives mirrors what's happening on those courts in Flushing Meadows. It's time to set the pace for your daily race β€” not someone else's, not the world's, but the one God specifically designed for you. Tennis is a game of rhythm. Every elite player has a routine between...

4178 Laboring For What Lasts show art 4178 Laboring For What Lasts

Create Your Now with Kristianne Wargo

There's something beautifully ironic about Labor Day. It's the one day of the year when we're told to stop laboring β€” to set down the to-do list, fire up the grill, and just breathe. But as the burgers sizzle and the kids splash in the last pool days of summer, a quiet question has a way of surfacing: What am I really working for? Today, as we celebrate the gift of rest, let's talk about Laboring for What Lasts β€” and why the answer to that question shapes everything. Jesus said it plainly in Matthew 6:21 (NIV): "For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also." Desire to be...

4177 Notice God's Goodness show art 4177 Notice God's Goodness

Create Your Now with Kristianne Wargo

There is a rhythm to our days that we rarely stop long enough to notice. We wake, we push, we strive, and we do it all over again. We wrap ourselves around careers, achievements, milestones, and ambitions so tightly that we forget whose we are and who we belong to. But what if this weekend, during this beautiful pause, it became the moment you chose to notice God's goodness? God did not create us to chase all the earthly things. He did not breathe life into us so we could spend every waking moment climbing ladders and collecting accolades. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other...

Why is it that we can pour ourselves into everyone else's schedule, everyone else's crisis, everyone else's to-do list, but when it comes to our own day, we just… wing it? We wake up, already behind before our feet hit the floor, and we spend the next twelve or sixteen hours reacting. Putting out fires. Managing the chaos. Surviving until we can collapse back into bed and do it all over again tomorrow. And somewhere in the middle of all that surviving, we forget the most important thing. Our own day. The one God gave us. The one we will never, ever get back. So design your day!

Psalm 118:24 says, "This is the day the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it."

But can I be honest with you? It's really hard to rejoice in a day you never actually showed up for. It's hard to be glad about something that happened to you instead of something you walked into on purpose.

So here's what I want you to sit with today. Are you designing your day, or is your day designing you?

And before you get nervous, let me be clear about what I mean. Designing your day does not mean you have all the answers. It does not mean you wake up with a color-coded planner and a perfectly mapped-out timeline from sunrise to sunset. Some of you just exhaled, and I'm glad. Because that's not what this is about.

Designing your day is about intentionality. It's about being thoughtful with the who, what, how, where, when, and why of your hours.

It's asking yourself before the noise starts, what matters most today? Who needs my attention? Where is my energy best spent? And honestly, what do I need to protect myself from so that I can actually be present for the things that count?

Because here's what happens when we skip that step. When we don't design our day, somebody else will. Your inbox will design it. Your coworker's emergency will design it. Social media will design it. That one text message that sends your whole mood sideways before 9 a.m. will design it. And before you know it, you're standing on the side of the road wondering how you got there, feeling like a passenger in your own life.

That's no way to live. And it's certainly not what you were created for.

Think about how your days work right now. Be real with yourself. Is there a rhythm? Is there any kind of structure that gives your hours a sense of purpose? Or are you flying by the seat of your pants most of the time, hoping things just somehow work out?

Ephesians 5:15-16 tells us: "Be very careful, then, how you live β€” not as unwise but as wise, making the most of every opportunity."

Making the most. That's an active phrase. That's not sitting back and letting the current carry you wherever it wants to go. That's choosing. That's steering. That's designing.

And here's the thing about time that I need you to really hear. Time is the one thing you cannot get back. You can earn more money. You can rebuild a relationship. You can start a new career, move to a new city, try again in a hundred different areas of your life. But you cannot get back a single second of a day that has already passed. Not one.

So why would we treat our days like they're disposable? Why would we hand them over to whatever happens to show up?

The K.I.S.S. ~ Design your day!

You are worth more than a life lived on autopilot. Your calling is worth more than leftover hours and scraped-together minutes. The people you love are worth more than the distracted, depleted version of you that shows up because you never took the time to be intentional about how your day would unfold.

Benjamin Franklin once said, "If you fail to plan, you are planning to fail."

And I don't share that to pile on guilt. I share it because it's an invitation. Planning is not a burden. It's a gift you give yourself. It's you looking at the day ahead and saying, I'm going to show up for this. On purpose. With purpose.

Start small if you need to. Five minutes in the morning before the house wakes up. A prayer. A deep breath. A simple question: God, what do You have for me today? That's designing your day. That's putting your hands on the wheel instead of riding in the back seat with your eyes closed.

Proverbs 16:3 promises us, "Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and He will establish your plans."

Did you catch that? He will establish your plans. Not your chaos. Not your scramble. Your plans. The ones you brought to Him with intention and surrender. He honors that. He meets you in that.

So design your day. Not because you're trying to control everything. Not because you think you have to have it all figured out. But because the life you're living right now is the only one you've got, and it deserves more than your leftovers.

Your day is waiting for you to step into it. Not stumble through it. Not endure it. Step into it, fully present, fully aware, fully committed to making it count.

Design your day. Create your now!

Here's Your Challenge:

Tomorrow morning, before you check your phone, before you open your email, before you respond to anyone else's agenda, take five minutes. Just five. Sit down with a pen and a blank page and answer these six questions:

  1. Who needs my presence today?
  2. What matters most?
  3. How do I want to show up?
  4. Where will my energy go?
  5. When will I pause to reset?
  6. And why does this day matter?

Write your answers down. Pray over them. Then walk into your day on purpose.

Do this for one week straight and watch what shifts. You were not made to drift through your days. You were made to design your day
