In this episode, I share three lessons in living a life beyond your wildest dreams. Why now? Well, I haven't done a solo episode yet, and it just so happens that my birthday is April 15. It's the perfect opportunity to share some wisdom from my own experiences - the reminder of taking another trip around the sun. If you know me, you know that I love everything related to science, health, and wellness. However, today's episode will not be about nerdy science stuff.
