Eventually, Molly realized that she could heal herself. Experiencing Hashimoto's and thyroid disease actually taught Molly how to live a happier life. In fact, Molly considers herself healed. However, many people say that you cannot heal from Hashimoto's. Molly says that treating symptoms and healing your life are two different things.

Later, we chat about the importance of surrendering, trusting, and believing on your journey. As women, we hold so much power, but there is also great power in receiving. There has to be a balance between your inner achiever and your inner receiver. It's critical to take a step back and remember that the weight of the world is not on your shoulders.
