High: I make sure every member of my team feels like they are part of a tribe, all voices are heard and validated. I am sensitive to those who could feel left out.

Low: My team has silos, communication is secretive or exclusive, team members don’t feel appreciated.

How to grow the skill of Inclusive and strengthen your team…
- Celebrate the diversity of people, ideas, and talents - everyone is equal but not the same
- Encourage with specifics of how members of your team are contributing to the whole to make everyone better
