The Highs and Lows of the Intuitive Skill

High: I am emotionally in tune with myself and the team. I consider others perspectives and create clarity. I am self-aware and team aware. I am easy to understand and instinctually know the solution to most problems.

Low: I am too emotionally involved, unclear in communication advice, giving and wishy-washy, and don't have clear boundaries. I can be overwhelmed by others and then erect emotional barriers around myself. I can leave others behind and be close-minded.
