Tuesdays got some great stories
Vexatious litigation is legal action which is
brought, regardless of its merits, solely to harass or subdue an
adversary. A word that former (we hope) trademark bully Leo Stroller
is likely much more familiar with now that a Judge has basically put
the legal screws to his financial dealings. His shenanigans went on for
years, but there was apparently a high price to pay, once the legal
system gets sick of pointless litigation.
Also in the show:
- Denver residents shovel their sidewalks free of snow, City snowplow comes through that evening and UN-shovels them.
- MI5, the UK security agency gives control of terrorism alert email list designed to notify the public of potential terrorism, to firm who’s primary function is to send out supermarket adds.
- KSFO-AM decides that free speech means never criticizing them, because apparently its their right to say whatever they want, and its your responsibility to accept it.
- Yahoo knows what homepage, browser and search engine you want. Makes it very clear that to fail to dis-un-re-non-activate this change, please do not fail to enjoy un clicking here.
