Tuesdays show is here
The CD Give Away Continues. Listen for details on how to be in the running for a free Kevin Reeves CD!
Theres no doubt that we all want to be picked when we enter a contest, or submit a bid for a major contract. I have some pretty significant objections however, to the way Diebold has decided to position itself after losing a contract bid to AutoMARK. Did they attempt to improve their product…no. Did they find any evidence, or even any inkling that there was any corruption or other funny business going on causing them to lose the contract unfairly…..no. Did they decide to bring a lawsuit against the state for not choosing them ‘just because’…..DING DING DING. Thats right….its now Diebolds contention that simply not choosing their machines constitutes grounds for a lawsuit. No word on when you will have to bring a lawyer to the grocery store in case you want to choose generic cereal.
