Customer service. Its that dirty little word that each and every one of us deals with on a regular basis. The retail world was concerned when retailer Circuit City announced store closures last week, but nothing akin to the wholesale hatchet job being done by electronics retailer CompUSA. Thanks to what I would call the words worst customer service (at least on one occasion) 126 of their 225 locations will be closing in short order. Its not unusual for large retailers to make cutbacks, but these levels lead me to think its a scary world for anyone employed there.
Also on the show:
* OFFICER: ‘Excuse me Miss, you please don’t say ((expletive)) in front of the children here at the airport.’ MISS: ‘Is it against the (expletive) law to say (expletive)?’ OFFICER: Yes, I do, but you can appear in court now.
* You can say a lot of things in school, but I wonder if getting sent straight to the principles office is a gay occasion.
* Senator doesn’t like the word Aliens No word on how she feels about Terminator.
* Is it fly to chew on a lexicon that your not down with?
* Boston, still on alert from the near deadly attack of Aqua Teen Hunger Force, this time they successfully save the city from the threat of a deadly DOT roadside traffic meter. Boston Globe newspaper machines has better watch their step.
and more!
