Let go all my 3d life stuff including my body, plans We are Pure Love Other death like experiences Sleep and dreams Orgasms Pycholdelics New Earth How much pain and evil do we need to see to shift to the New Earth Key is to shift our internal energy to Love, connect to nature more Love is all we take with us There is a shift to Love Bubles / commutes of Love in the 3d world How do you now “hear” messages from your spirit guides, Angels and God? Especially female entrepreneurs Align with your truth, Clear out blocks to creating the life you want Live the life you deeply desire and own the business you really soul desire What exactly is the New Earth? Vibration of Love and Joy Indigenous traditions and new age - time of harmony Long cycles - move into a new age 2012 mayan age, age of aquious, yogi new age Evidence that the New Earth exists New Earth = New human Dark night of the soul Shining light on our limits/blocks A purge of our limiting smaller selfs Birthing pains Awareness is first step New perspective, reframes See the change as an opportunity for growth and joy See universe/god as remind us we are all Love I created these challenges/pains for my own awaking of consciousness. Gradate, openness, curiosity Not label News negativity and judgments - upholding separation and supporting the establishment system Media diet and conscious selection of sources and media Resistance to the New Earth Drugs Distractions Ignoring the change Cold Depression - numbing Overlay of 3d Internal perspective In parallel to Old Earth How does this compare to Eckhart Tolle’s book A New Earth: Awakening to Your Life's Purpose? Practices to be in the Now Not so much about what it is and why do it Tell us a little about yourself and how you ended up in Cusco, Peru How founded Healing House Didn’t have a vision, big life change/rug pull Intuitive Message “go south” (Central or South America) Trail of breadcrumbs - not upfront big vision What do you recommend for dealing with people who don’t understand these concepts, especially when they are people you care deeply about (family members, old friends)? They are “entirely dependent on self-interested ‘sources’” to supply their facts. Every part of the news-making process is defined by this relationship; everything is colored by this reality. 097 Signal/response method (healing your body and biz) with Kate Galliett
Show notes Why the Signal/response method? Simplify tasks and goals Get out of your headspace of worries and anxieties and overwhelm Polarities and narratives about “the current thing”, especial on media/news and social media tell you what you should do or think Center of my decision making Female Empowerment vs criticism and self-doubt Creating your own reality World shifts and stress Kindness and grace “There is a lot of noise out there distracting people from doing just that, but the Signal/Response Principle brings you back to what your heart & spirit is telling you it needs” - Kate What is the Signal/response method? Body signals to what I have experienced vs victim mode And its response eg back pain, stiff knees, poor eyesight, wrinkles Stuck and listening to experts vs your inner knowledge and body Empowering: I create my reality New Thought movement. Book: You can heal your life by Louise Hay Book: Think and grow rich by Napoleon Hill Alignment of body and biz Body sovereignty The method Focus on one particular issue What is this about, free journal, keep along Vs distractions and addictions What signals am I sending that either make this worse Pick a possible solution and do an experiment with it. Act! Play with it. Vs perfect solution → experts/victim Narrow in / spiral in on the best solution Plan to Hiawaii analogy - 99% time off course Grace with self and patience Curious compassion Small children - before programming “Developing countries” poor ingenuity YOU are the expert in yourself. Consciousness = awareness + choice How did you develop the Signal/response method? When she was 20 and sick all doctors wanted to give her pills Disease as a label and an identity Change my inputs or at least my response to them (Past lives, ancestors, society morphic fields) Healing the body Why this matters for biz growth Happy Healthy Holy Wealthy Sense energy Left (original) Right (progress/after) My face changed shape in 6 weeks. No procedures or products. How then? I’ve been telling you this forever: BODIES ARE ALWAYS RESPONDING TO THE SIGNALS THEY RECEIVE. Always. Till you die. Thus disproving the myth that it is “too late” to make change. No, it’s not. Get that out of your head now. I sent signals to the muscles, joints, and tissues of my face (not to change their shape, that was just a side effect, more on that below) and they responded to it by altering & improving their position and function - which in turn altered what they look like. This is the Signal/Response Principle at work in your body. You can - you MUST - utilize this Principle if you want to make change in how your joints and tissues feel, in what they can do, and yes also in what they look like. Just because you can’t see your joints changing shape doesn’t mean they’re not - for better or worse! If you want your body to be better, you’ve got to send signals consistently that tell your body to respond how you want it to. Don’t know how? Read my book. Join my course. Research online. Do what you need to do to find the guidance you need to make it happen. So what was I doing this for? The story is long and should be a blog post, but essentially, I was doing exercises to improve airway health up top (ie, mouth, tongue, neck, face), and working to improve my facial muscle function. In just 6 short weeks of daily exercises that took 15 minutes, this happened. Magic. Except not. From Biz Sense energy Centered Resenting my biz - it shows Clear all trauma from past biz experiences and for staff, clients and vendors Boss trauma Hiring trauma Launch trauma Spirit and soul of the biz incarnate though you and your staff, clients, and vendor Be vs do Frank Sinatra's song Do-Be-Do-Be-Do Seasons of work, astrology Focus action vs massive action Ooh yes, it's very applicable to these areas. The Signal/Response Principle is that our bodies are always responding to the signals they receive. So if you’re in pain, something is signaling to your body in such a way that your body is responding by saying “ouch hey pay attention to this!” When you start tuning into the responses you can reverse engineer what could be causing them, and then figure out what new signals you could send to get your body to respond in a way that is free from pain. Now sub out body and put in business. If your business is always responding to the signals it receives, and perhaps you don’t like how your business is going or how it feels to work in the business, that’s a response that you can reverse engineer to find the signals causing it and change them. And actually, I am coming through my own evolution in business and can tell you personal stories about my own experience with healing my business (& myself) through using the Signal/Response Principle in my business Two 8 year challenges in the biz Diagnosis and identity I am __ statements - power and dangerous Bodywork to touch the body Biz bodywork - being Group SWOT analysis Improve Mentioned in this episode Her prior ILM on mountain climbing Her book Becoming Unbreakable: How To Build A Body You Love To Live In and a companion journal, the How To Be Unbreakable Field Journal. Book: You can heal your life by Louise Hay Her course Becoming Unbreakable Workout and Lifestyle Program WWIT Polaris Business astrology Book: Man’s search for meaning by Victor Fankel Michelle James Creative emergence Bio Kate Galliett is the woman behind Fit For Real Life, where she’s been writing about how to get fit for this one real life you’ve got since 2008. Helping people build their bodies to be strong, capable, and Unbreakable so they can live life as fully, deeply, and energetically as possible is the only thing Kate has ever cared about. She’s personally experienced what it’s like to live life on the other side of the coin, where aches, pains, and a distrustful relationship with her body held her back from living life fully. And in fact, you wouldn’t have recognized her then as compared to now. But over the span of 20 years, she’s taken what she’s learned on her own journey and taught it to others so they too can feel fit for real life. Kate earned a B.S. in Exercise Science from Valparaiso University, Indiana and went on to study a variety of certifications and training, all of which helped her curate the holistic approach she takes to body care today. She recently published her first two books, Becoming Unbreakable: How To Build A Body You Love To Live In and a companion journal, the How To Be Unbreakable Field Journal. So we'll learn about that during the show and all the current great problem solving methods she has and why they're critical to your business." Problems and unexpected are to be expected and Small orgs are more flexible and fast to react Confidnece that you can solve any problems → more success, take more risks → more rewards Solving problems provides value to customers → more profit What do you do when everything suddenly goes wrong in your biz and life at the same time? Her perfect storm of problems to solve: Esther got sick with covid in middle of her writers' retreat in the Caribbean How to complete the retreat when can’t speak and no energy Father’s caretaker sudden unexpected replacement in Miami Original idea of care taker solution Amsterdam apartment urgent repair problem Website developer disappeared and no documentation “All this had to be arranged while I was without energy, with brain fog, and without being able to talk, because I had to cough so much.” → Minimal problem solving skills to get results Mental approaches ignore problem Victim mode Why me, why now Blame others and anger - don’t solve problem Distractions Positive thinking Open to Infinite posssiblity Baby steps Knowing which candidate to contact Intuition + look for 3d clues (ease, extra effort) Feel the energy of their response Set intent to get right one, inner knowing and trust Problems bring opportunity for growth and lessons Hear the message from the universe Listen to my body Talk to the problem - why are you here? The virus was confused too! No one wants us, we don’t know where to go. Asked to help me - coach my cells to heal Vs fighting it Light to the “knot of string” that represents the problem Action and fighting problems Struggle Male will power vs female flow Search for Win-win-win solutions Be open to an unexpected answer to an unexpected question. Curiousity Take a break; to change your location, perspective, and environment. Naps, showers, walks all help Go into nature Explain the problem to someone else Some problems solve themselves Surrender/ release “a kind of win-win solution together with ‘the problem’. For example, by asking the Covid to coach my cells to become stronger, instead of attacking and sitting IN my cells. 095 Empowering women (Wombs, TERFs and trans) with Justice Bartlett
Justice Bartlett talks about “Empowering women (Wombs, TERFs and trans)” in this episode of Intuitive Leadership Mastery with host Michaela Light. Show notes Female entrepreneurs and the patriarchy, matriarchy and misogyny Witch trials removing powerful women Witchhunts and heresy Modern versions with cancel culture Mary Magdalene edited out of the bible and church Women liberation movement Supported start of LGBTQ movement Suffragette movement Women exist (independent from fathers and husband and other men) Feministment and radical feminism Hyper male women entrepreneur vs only receiving Dehumanisation Desexualization of people Birthing via womb or machine Giving life Novel Brave New World Gender - Massive hairball of narrative confusion adding more consciousness Listening and respect Justice is great at creating distinctions, unpacking stories, nounace Exclusions and inclusions Space containers Transwomen and women Transmen and men Non-binary Social and biologically difference Male relationship coaches and misogyny Polarity coaching eg David Data (sp?) Dominant vs submissive Fawning and manipulation Patriarchy SJW - W = warrior, attacks Matricary Attacks on women Justice Women’s retreat for women’s issues Initiation relation to wombs Accused of being a TERF TERF = trans-exclusionary radical feminist Aggression from spite and trauma wound Destruction Transhumanism Chips DNA editing and child selection by gene Chosen vs forced Social engineering around trans Enforced radical acceptance Not just I accepting yourself Allowed to do anything that does not hurt others Forcing others to accept your world view Cancel culture Shaming Hate porn, pile on Word police Thought police Norway law Culture wars vs political process Sensitive and hyper-sensive This behavior is rewarded Money for Big Pharma and medicine Teen girls depressed transaction - see the book Irreversible Damage: The Transgender Craze Seducing Our Daughters - Abigail Shrier Permanent changes after adult 18(f)-24(m) years Legal age of consent mostly 18 in USA states Pronouns Example of UK govt health service doublespeak on women “Government-funded report urges NHS to use terms 'chestfeeding' and 'frontal birth' instead of breast or vaginal.” from Why womb rather than say women or vagina as defining characteristic for the group? What is a woman? Instant gendering of strangers Not for sex Partner selection and potential reproduction Hierarchy voice Genetics Upbringing Rape culture Genitals Secondary Breasts, hips, height, strength, hair (or lack there of) Hormones How you brain operates Periods, menopause, birthing Agree that in most cases we can all tell what a women (or man) is. And more nuance in the definition of what is a woman: A few genetic women are (unfortunately) born without wombs at all. But with functioning ovaries. Some are even born without a vaginal opening. Both conditions can now be healed with various surgery methods/transplants. Even to the point of being able to have babies. There are also intersex people who don't have XX or XY chromosomes - may have XXY or other combinations. They may have both sets of genitals. Often the hospital mandates surgery for the baby to "correct" this. To make them fit into one or other of the neat and tidy gender boxes of male and female. Then the child is brought up as a natal boy or natal girl. Sometimes this works out. Other times the person is profoundly disturbed at puberty or later in life, when they discover their true gender history. I have several intersex friends who were traumatized by this process. Mentioned in this episode I am as entitled to my opinion as anyone else. And I'm not nor ever have trying to get anyone to hate on anyone else. If you actually read what I've shared throughout this thread you'll see a person who is standing up for distinctions. That is all. You won't see any hate-speech, provocation, or name-calling. Not from me towards anyone else. I, on the other hand, have been the target of all those things throughout this conversation. And I'm still not bad-mouthing anyone. I'm also not backing down from my original statement, that biological distinctions matter. I will stand by my statement that as parents, it's our job to help our children understand and accept themselves and to give our children an opportunity to develop without surgical interference. And if given time and the actual cognitive maturity to understand what permanent physical gender alteration means, then when that time comes to support our adult child in going through that process. UK Transwomen raping natal women in women’s prisons "Last week, ministers revealed that out of 124 sexual assaults in five women's jails over the previous nine years, from 2010 to 2018, seven had been carried out by trans prisoners." that is 124 sexual assaults too many. Zero would be the right number. Prisoners are partly in prison to grow out of their crimes and traumas. Not have new ones. And the 7 from trans prisoners in women jails could have been totally avoided if we didn't put people with dicks in women prisons. As to the other 117 sexually assaults, I am assuming they are women on women sexual assaults / rapes. Not sure if this is a lesbian thing or a violent women thing for control or what.... I have not run the math of the number of trans prisons vs the number of assaults by them to know if they are raping women at a higher rate than other women doing the raping. Not sure if this site is being censored where you live, so here is quote from it "the High Court ruled that the government may house male-born transgender women in women’s prisons, even those convicted of sexual offences. While Lord Justice Holroyde said he accepted that female prisoners may suffer “fear and anxiety” if forced to share a cell with a transgender woman with male genitalia, he added that excluding these people from female prisons would “ignore, impermissibly, the rights of transgender women to live in their chosen gender.” Transgender women may be housed in female prisons in England and Wales even if they have not undergone gender reassignment treatment or don’t have a Gender Recognition Certificate. Female inmates have repeatedly spoken out against such policies, and the case that led to the July ruling was brought by one such woman. The inmate, known as FDJ, took legal action against the Ministry of Justice after claiming she had been sexually assaulted by a trans woman at HMP Bronzefield near London in 2017. Her alleged attacker, who had a Gender Recognition Certificate (GRC), had previous convictions including manslaughter and attempted rape. Good comments in the Amazon reviews too . At the 2022 Teacher of the Year ceremony hosted by the White House on Wednesday, President Biden claimed that school children don’t belong to parents “when they’re in the classroom.” “They’re all our children. And the reason you’re the teachers of the year is because you recognize that. They’re not somebody else’s children. They’re like yours when they’re in the classroom,” he said. The comments on the article look interesting too Bio Justice Bartlett is a wild woman, writer, witch, matriarch, and consciousness provocateur. As a certified hypnotherapist, with more than 16 years of experience in the healing arts, Justice’s main clientele is often other professional healers and therapists. I'm here with Justice Bartlett back on the show again after a five year break. And we're going to be talking about how female entrepreneurs get a bit of the short end of the stick and we're going to focus on wombs, turfs and trans to elucidate and illuminates that topic. Because there was a recent, very heated discussion, though I had a lot of consciousness and love in it as well, that we had on Facebook. While Justice had on Facebook, she was the hostess of that discussion. I think that's the correct technical term. Right, justice. Sure. Yes, yes. And we're going to talk about gender and patriarchy and matriarchy, and how that affects our businesses. both for men and women. There are some men who listen to this show as well. So I think this affects everyone is human. If there are any robots listening, it probably won't affect you. But you know, we're not going to worry about that. And if you haven't met justice before, she's a wild woman writer, which matriarch and conscious provocateur Well, what a bunch of titles you've got. Yeah, no, yeah, forget about being CMO or CEO or anything. And she's also a certified hypnotherapist and healing sessions, both one on one. And she also does group sessions. In fact, she was, she's organizing a group women's retreats in September, I want to say, and that's, we'll come to up how that caused a controversy, how it can be controversial, like do not really understand, I say, with tongue in cheek. And she also writes for elephant journal and talks about, you know, she kind of pulls out unpacks things that affect, you know, humanity and how we feel and heal together, particularly dealing with trauma. I've noticed in some of your writing the you yourself went through one or two little trauma reps, and just a couple. And you've helped people who have gone through trauma to come out the other side and be wildly successful people, and happy and healthy. So welcome, Justice. Thank you, Michaela. It's nice to see you again. Yes, great to see you. We originally met Gosh, many moons ago at some energy healing work, he shot the thing that you were doing at the time with your father, whose name must not be mentioned or something just Justice Bartlett 2:36 not being named. Michaela Light 2:38 You shall not be named. Justice Bartlett 2:41 Remember you? Michaela Light 2:42 Oh, well, that's nice to know, I remember you to you were very, it was a great multi day workshop where we learned energy healing, and you were assisting and I think you did a bit talking on stage at one point, if I remember right, along with the dolphins and whales.

Love vibration for business success with Melanie Ginsburg
Melanie Ginsburg talks about “Love vibration for business success” in this episode of Intuitive Leadership Mastery with host Michaela Light. Show notes What is Love with capital L? Divine love vs romantic Eros agape philia storge The Greeks had four words to describe what we call love, Eros, (romantic love), Phileo, (enjoyment, fondness, friendship), Storge (family loyalty) and Agape (unconditional love with stick-ability). Love is part of God consciousness Corinthians 13–letter from Paul…. Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth. Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never ends. As for prophecies, they will pass away; as for tongues, they will cease; as for knowledge, it will pass away. Why Love? In the zeiteheiz Happy healthy holy wealthy Clearing my bodies of negative energy and undigested information every day Sometimes several times per day Morning meditation Breading technique (breading love) Cleaning up at the end of the day Nighltly rituals Even during night, clear if waken up in the middle of the night Info is like food - some is nutritious, some neutral, some toxic Digest that info that is useful today, release that which is not 3d physical practicies Using standing desk to get better energy Trauma Release Exercises (TRE) EFT tapping Take shower (hot first, then flipping to cold) Wim Hof breathing Yoga Chanting Singing Dancing Laughing and making funny faces Sex and orgasms Touch Hugging trees Laying down on the grass or walking barefoot on the grass Go up in the mountains In general walking in the nature Drinking water Taking supplements Using essential oils Play music Sense of wonder - like kids Hawkins SCALE of vibration Scan through body parts to clear old information and add in Love energy (or Mary, Jesus etc) Love languages to give to yourself (vs partner) Citrus oil and rose raises vibration, peppermint oil, sleep Why are you proud to use your business intuition? WWIT to make business intuition more openly used this year? Mentioned in this episode Bio Reading, writing, and smiling all over the world. Melanie Ginsburg is, in a lot of ways, an extraordinary person. She loathed the 9 - 5, 5 days a week office job. Instead, she wanted to explore the world, meet new people, and enjoy her life. And she did it. Instead of having a “normal job” she spends her time traveling around the world and working from her computer. She worked as a digital marketing consultant. She started her carrier as a journalist, transitioned to marketing, and is now a real estate agent, a real estate coach. But, the most important to her, is she likes to bring out the best in people. Links Interview Transcript Michaela Light: Welcome back to the show. I'm here with money and she is going to talk about how she used her intuition to cure her migraines, which, how will your migraines before you cure them, Monique? Monique Lindner: So I used to have migraines about five times a week, actually. Michaela Light: five times. how did you have a life. Monique Lindner: I didn't, well, um, I think I trained myself a lot in resiliency. So I got the migraines when I was about four years old. Four and a half. Yeah. And they were pretty, um, destructive, I want to say. So what happened was, um, I was, one was the kidney disease and uh, I believe that the medication, the whole stress and everything, um, had a huge impact on my nervous system. Right. And so I used to get these migraines and it took them five years to actually find out what it was. So they all thought it was like something was my ice and that, um, in the beginning they say, oh, it's a little girl. She just wants attention, you know, like she's just pretending. I'm like, sure, I've got nothing else to do. Monique Lindner: Uh, just the wave. Michaela Light: Was it painful? Monique Lindner: Oh, it was so painful. I did knocked out for seven days straight. Like I would, I would vomit for like two days and there was nothing left.

080 Fast Fundraising Using Your Intuition ($300k in 30 Days for Ropig) with Laura Roeder
Laura Roeder talks about “080 Fast Fundraising Using Your Intuition ($300k in 30 Days for Ropig)” in this episode of the Intuitive Leadership Mastery Podcast, with host Michaela Light. [toc] Here are some of the topics discussed in the podcast: Why did you raise capital rather than bootstrap? Self-funded How did you use your intuition in deciding who to pitch? Setting the minimum investment at $25k, I’d need 20 takers to meet my goal. Believe it or not, though, that list of people I emailed didn’t include everyone I know. (I’ll tell you in a minute how long it took to narrow it down.) Friends and family fundraising I have been on receiving the end of other people’s pitches This is a long-term relationship. Never accept money from anyone you don’t actively want to be in business with over the long haul. Ryan Delk Energy connection with investors So before sending each email, I asked myself if this was someone I would be genuinely happy to make a part of my new business. And honestly, some contacts, even very “important” ones who seemed likely to invest, did not pass that test! Accountability and control. No boss. Not crazy Clean connection Is there a way to raise money without saying we’ll sacrifice all our morals for the sake of growth? VC Growth at all costs Short Uber bad decisions about culture and staff are treated to make our numbers. Living in fear. Mindset shifts It was emotional, and I constantly had to work up my nerve to hit send on the email. I was asking people for a LOT of money – people who may or may not have any interest – and I had to constantly remind myself that I was offering an amazing opportunity, not asking for a favor! Resistance to starting More personal growth What is the worst that can happen? Lose a friend Fail in raising the funds Followup Not bugging people. I followed up 3-5 times with each person I pitched – and you wouldn’t believe how many people wrote back on the third email thanking me for following up. Most people give up too soon, but the people you’re reaching out to are busy, and you are not their first priority! Some busy people look for 3+ times follow up Not selling - offering a opportunity to invest Even the No’s were friendly and supportive A friend gave me the feedback that my pitch doc lacked passion, and I think he was right. To be totally honest, I was scared and uncertain when I started this process. I didn’t know if the product I had worked so hard to create had a future, or was about to die a sad, broke death. I think this lack of confidence sometimes came across, and I wish I had gotten myself in a better headspace before I started. Fear of over hyping the pitch I doubted myself constantly When you talk to a VC, they obviously believe that their way is the best way – and they can make that argument fairly convincingly. Was I making a huge mistake by not pursuing millions in funding right off the bat? And on the other hand, was this whole thing a waste of time? Should I just go back to bootstrapper land where I belonged? Fundraising is emotionally exhausting, because you’re constantly trying to prove your worth. Making it enjoyable and easy Feeling other people’s opinions Similar to the point above, I was constantly second guessing myself for two very big, very different things – one, raising money at all, and two, not taking the typical VC path. Why are you proud to use your business intuition? WWIT to make business intuition more openly used this year? I'm here with Jackie Knechtel, and we're gonna talk about how she embraces effortless flow in her life, and business. And she'll show you how to do that. She built a business without following that normal formula that they tell you in business books, and made it successful. And she also knows how to fit in when you might stand out. And how she turned down a 10 million dollar funding deal to get something bad because her intuition told her to do so. We’ll also look at how she found a business partner. Is quiet a story there that's very spontaneous, and her intuition just guided in that. And we’ll also look at how she lives effortlessly, and how you can too. So welcome Jackie. Jackie: Thanks so much for having me. Michaela: You’re so welcome. And if you don't know Jackie, she is a master of living in the flow. I bumped into her in Lisbon, and we connected there at a conference. Didn't know her before, and here we are talking on the show. She is a master manifester, super connector, and she also confided to me that she's a recovered perfectionist, and recovered people pleaser. So maybe I we’ll sneak in a little talk about what that means later. But let's talk about how you've been… You've built your business with a business partner. And we'll talk about how you met that business partner in a moment. But you haven't followed the traditional route for building this business. So how have you built your business into a successful business? Jackie: Yeah, well it's been super [inaudible] [01:44] props that's how we've built our business. And just from the start it came together, and we knew that we had to work together. And so we decided… After we met, we mapped out a vision. And that included writing a book, and then we were going to start a speaking tour nine months later. Well fast forward, a month into knowing my business partner Justin, we ended up doing our very first talk. And from there now we've spoken in ten countries, and have taken hundreds of students through our online training, and taught thousands of people around the world this methodology that we created. But the way we did it was really not following the formula, and doing all of the things that people think that you need to do first. Read more

And we’ll look at her process and how she feels when she's doing that, and how she gets on sister business challenges while she's climbing, and how climbing is amped up the speed of her intuition. And how the modern world that many of us inhabits in front of our computers maybe squashing our intuition. So and what you can do if you don't have to have a mountain next door that you can go and climb. So welcome Kate. Kate: Thank you so much. It's such a pleasure to chat with you. Michaela: Yeah! Great to have you on the show. And in case you don't know Kate, she is a champion for people getting into their bodies and getting fit, and realizing it doesn't matter how old you are. You can always have a happy and healthy body.
