CARDINAL VOICES
Cardinal Voices is an official Saginaw Valley State University podcast about the people who’ve shaped SVSU. We believe the history of the university is best told by the people who've helped make it, so in this podcast we engage in thoughtful conversations and share stories with the campus community. For questions or recommendations of future guests you would like us to interview, please contact us at ucomm@svsu.edu.
ALL THINGS A SOLDIER'S CHILD PODCAST
Welcome to All Things A Soldier's Child. This podcast is showcasing the incredible work being done by nationally recognized, "A Soldier's Child Foundation". A Soldier’s Child (ASC) Foundation was founded by Daryl J.W. Mackin after his neighbors lost their son, Marine Staff Sergeant Marcus Golczynski in Iraq on March 27, 2007. Many families of our fallen ask “did it matter and does anybody even care.” Marcus wrote this in a letter to his family and friends before he was killed on the battlefield; “Stand beside us, because we would do it for you.” How do we do that now that they are gone? Care for their children that have been left behind. Listen in to hear stories of hope and inspiration while following along the journey of participants, donors, and more that support A Soldier's Child! To donate or get involved please visit asoldierschild.org!
