In this episode of The Men’s Self-Help Podcast, Dr. John Moore explores how other people’s negativity can slowly become part of your own internal dialogue — and what you can do to stop that from happening.
Using personal stories, psychology, humor, and practical examples, John shares five principles for protecting your mindset without falling into the trap of simply ignoring every person who disagrees with you.
