EP 249: La Chancla Was Never Ours — Leslie Priscilla on Healing Our Families Through Nonviolent Parenting
La chancla. El cinto. La cuchara. There are memes about them. People wear them like a badge of honor. Like it's just part of who we are. But what if it was never ours to begin with? In this episode, I sit down with Leslie Priscilla — founder of Latinx Parenting, certified parent coach with over 17 years of experience, and author of the brand new book CHANCLA: Healing Our Family, Ourselves, and Our Culture Through Nonviolent Parenting. This conversation broke my brain in the best way possible. We go deep into the history behind chancla culture, how colonization shaped the way we raise our children, and what it actually looks like to break the cycle — for our kids and for ourselves. I also share something personal I wasn't planning to. Something I think a lot of you will recognize in your own bodies. In this episode we cover: What chancla culture is actually rooted in — and why it was never our culture to begin with How colonization shows up in the way we discipline our kids What adult supremacy is and how it shows up in Latine families The needs underneath our children's behavior — and our own What decolonial nonviolent parenting actually looks like in real life Why healing our children starts with healing ourselves Co-parenting, blended families, and keeping kids at the center Pre-order Leslie's book CHANCLA 👇 Get your copy + three exclusive pre-order bonuses including a bundle of affirmations, a special conversation with a surprise guest, and the behavior needs graphic featured in the book. 👉 Connect with Leslie: Instagram: Website: Connect with Erika: Instagram:

EP. 248: This One Thing Dictates Your Entire Life (And No One Talks About It)
Re-released episode from November 2025. I’ve been talking about personal branding on my Instagram, and something that I noticed is that your personal brand and your self-concept go hand in hand. And as Latinas, our self-concept can be all over the place. We were told to do all the things, get all the degrees, and be as successful as possible, but we were also told to be quiet and be humble. That doesn’t make sense, does it? Our self-concept dictates our entire lives - and nobody talks about it! Our self-concept decides if we are worthy of taking action, accepting incredible opportunities, and putting ourselves out there. I have a ton of clients who rejected their manifestations because they’re self-concept was so low. But as a business owner, a content creator, or even just as a person, we cannot keep walking around with a low self-concept. We can change it for the better. In this week’s episode, I want to talk to you about the difference between your personal brand and your self-concept, and how your self-concept is the direct reflection and the direct mirror of your life. You can have an amazing personal brand, attract incredible opportunities, and still feel like you’re not worthy of what you’ve manifested. Some of my clients have even gone so far as to reject the very things they were manifesting because of their low self-concept. It’s ok, we’ve all been there. But now, it’s time to take our lives into our own hands and raise our self-concept to match our manifestations. Resources Mentioned: Follow Erika on: Website: How to work with Erika:

EP. 247: The Fear of Being Seen Isn’t Insecurity — It’s Cultural Conditioning
Re-released episode from January 2026. Many of my CDL clients are currently working on their fear of being seen. And as we talk through their feelings, I’m noticing that everyone is saying the same thing. This fear didn’t come from them; someone told them to be afraid of being seen. Now, it’s not always in those words. But if you were being told that calladita te ves mas bonita as a kid, you’re going to remember that during a brainstorming meeting at work and keep your ideas to yourself. And the blame for that is not necessarily on our parents - the blame is on the culture that perpetuates misogyny in our everyday lives. It’s time to let go of what doesn’t work for us and start taking our voices back. In this week’s episode, we’re talking about the fear of being seen and how it isn’t insecurity - it’s cultural conditioning. I don’t think that you’re actually insecure; I think you’re holding on to cultural values that are detrimental to the badass chingona you’re trying to become. Let’s talk about why these values don’t work for us, and how to let them go so that you can live your most amazing life! Resources Mentioned: Follow Erika on: Website: How to work with Erika: !

Re-released episode from August 2025. The fear of being seen stops us from going after our dreams. But the fear of being seen as an “influencer” is preventing you from making an impact, which is what you really want to do. Our favorite online personalities make an impact on us. It’s time to let go of your fear and build the online business you’ll be proud of. Lissette Calveiro is a Latina entrepreneur, content creator, and business coach for influencers and personal brands navigating the creator economy with intention. As the founder of Influence With Impact®, she leads a creator-first consultancy offering business coaching, talent management, and strategic education to help creators turn influence into income without losing the human behind the brand. With over a decade in the creator economy, Lissette is also a seasoned influencer marketing expert who has managed more than $5 million in brand partnerships across CPG, finance, lifestyle, and tech. She has been featured in Forbes, Business Insider, and Fortune, and is a speaker who brings real talk and real strategy to every stage, including VidCon, Instagram Creator Week, Create and Cultivate, Google HQ, and the White House’s first Creator Economy Summit. In this week’s episode, Lissette tells us all about how she built her online business with influence and impact. At first, she was afraid of starting her own business. She even once claimed that she’s never been a business owner. But she saw a lack of creator advocacy in influencing marketing spaces and wanted to change that. EP. 245: The BFF Method: Manifest Anything by Rewiring Your Mind
Re-released episode from May 2025. Over the last six years, I’ve really been getting into the science of manifesting. Because it is a science! Manifesting has everything to do with neuroplasticity, neuroscience, and epigenetics. There’s a reason I created my dream life when I left my tech job. And there’s one specific method of manifesting that always works for me, so I’m going to share it with you today. It’s called the BFF method, and it's called the BFF method because this manifestation method is about to be your best friend forever. Using this method in your daily life is going to teach you how to be the creator of your life rather than feeling like life is happening to you instead of with you. In this week’s episode, we’re taking control of our lives with the BFF method. I’m going to share real-life examples of how I’ve used the BFF methods to manifest some of the most amazing moments in my career. And if I can do it, you can do it too! EP. 244: Giving Myself Permission to Pause (And Why You Should Too)
Three years. Over 243 episodes. Not a single week missed. Until now. In this episode, I'm getting real with you about where I am in my business, why I'm taking a break from the podcast this July, and what's been happening behind the scenes — including walking away from a program that made me nearly a million dollars to build something that feels more aligned with who I'm becoming. Because here's the truth: you can do everything you want to do. Just not all at once. This episode is a reminder that rest is not the opposite of growth. Sometimes the most courageous thing you can do is give yourself permission to pause. In this episode I share: Why I'm taking a break from recording new episodes this July The pivot I've been making in my business and what that's really looked like What I've been building behind the scenes for my clients Why pausing is sometimes the most aligned thing you can do While I'm gone, grab the free training 👇 I hosted a free training last month on my $1.3 million content strategy — and the feedback blew me away. People told me it completely changed the way they think about content. In this training you'll learn: The 3 most common mistakes keeping your content invisible What's actually working in the creator economy right now How to build a personal brand that attracts opportunities organically I'll be back soon. EP. 243: Are You in an Abusive Relationship Without Knowing It? Judy Torres on Domestic Violence in the Latino Community
How many of us have been affected by domestic violence, and we didn’t even know it? Honestly, I think almost all of us have. Domestic violence is so prevalent, especially in the Latino community. Almost every person I know has a story or an incident, whether it happened to us personally, to friends, or to a family member. And it continues because of this silence that the Latino community emphasizes to “keep the family together.” But no more. Judy Torres is the Director of Domestic Violence Services at Hispanos Unidos de Buffalo, where she leads programs designed to support, educate, and empower survivors. With 36 years of experience as a 911 dispatcher with the Buffalo Police Department, she brings a wealth of expertise in crisis management to her role. Judy has secured over $800,000 in federal funding to expand services for DV survivors in Buffalo - with which they hired additional advocates and produced enhanced, culturally relevant resources for clients. As a bilingual professional fluent in both English and Spanish, Judy is deeply committed to ensuring that language is never a barrier to accessing support. In this week’s episode, we’re answering the question: Are you in an abusive relationship without knowing it? Domestic Violence Program Director Judy Torres joins us on this week’s episode to explain the shocking ways domestic violence has been normalized in the Latino community and what survivors can do to get help. There’s so much pressure to stay and “keep the family together,” but you can’t stay in a situation that costs you your well-being, or worse, your life. Tune in to hear what counts as domestic violence and what resources you and your community can use to get out of a bad situation. EP. 242: The Reason Nobody Is Engaging With Your Content (And It's Not What You Think)
For a long time, no one was engaging with my content. I had a core group of followers and some friends and family, but I wasn’t getting the kind of engagement I used to get. And honestly? It was really disheartening. I went from blowing up and gaining 200k followers on TikTok to getting less than 100 likes on each post. On top of it all, I was losing followers in droves. None of my old strategies was working. Until I found the problem. In this week’s episode, we’re talking about the reason nobody is engaging with your content. And it’s not what you think! It’s not that you’re irrelevant or that no one likes you anymore. It’s just that over time, you started to make content for yourself, rather than other people. So, it’s valuable content to you, but not for the audience you’ve created. If this doesn’t make sense, don’t worry, I’m going to break it down in this week’s episode of the Chingona Revolution podcast! How to work with Erika: Join the waitlist for the ! EP. 241: What To Do When You Want to Give Up
Just a few months ago, I felt like giving up. I thought, “This is it! Time to throw in the towel and start looking for tech jobs again!” I was losing hundreds of followers a day, and I didn’t know what to do about it. I almost gave up. But then I thought about my WHY. Your why is what will help you keep moving forward. We know this! Our parents have crossed deserts, endured demeaning jobs, and put their children before themselves, all so that the next generation could have a better life. WE were their WHY. And now that we’re in a better place, we can start thinking about our why, too. In this week’s episode, we’re talking about what to do when you want to give up. Giving up is not an option. We (or at least most of my listeners) are Latina. We are resilient; it’s literally in our blood. Now that that is established, how do we get back up after we’ve been kicked down? I think I figured it out. I’ve got the results, and I’m sharing them with you in this week’s episode of the Chingona Revolution Podcast! How to work with Erika: Join the waitlist for the ! EP. 240: 7-Figures in One Week: Lessons We Can All Learn From Jessi’s 7-Figure Yap Launch
The social media world is changing, and we all have to change with it! This isn’t 2016 anymore. No one wants to see the perfect girl boss who never has any flaws. People want to see real people, with real problems and real solutions. But that raises another question - how do I be vulnerable online without losing myself? How do I make a connection without being cringe? And how do I create content that builds trust if I’m not perfect? This week, we’re going to take a look at Jessi Jeans 7-figure launch to answer all of these questions and more! In this week’s episode, we’re talking about the lessons we can all learn from Jessi’s 7-figure yap launch. That’s right, Jessi Jean made 7-figures just by yapping to the camera and being vulnerable. That vulnerability of building in public is what connected her to her audience and created the foundation for such a successful launch! EP. 239: She Lost Everything 5 Days After Closing. Then She Built It Back With AI with Andrea Palacio
Social media can make us believe that everyone has it all figured out, except you. You are the lone exception to the rule, and you are the only one who is experiencing unexpected disasters. That is the furthest thing from the truth! Which is why I want to highlight this week’s guest, who bounced back from an unexpected business disaster and was all the better for it. After sailing across the Caribbean for 4 years, Andrea moved back to Miami, sold her e-commerce business, and bought a landscaping company with an SBA loan. Five days after closing, the previous owner stole $7,000 and disappeared. The manager quit and told all 12 employees to leave. Revenue dropped from $70K to $40K a month. With a toddler, a newborn, and a half-million dollars in debt, quitting was not an option. She and her husband rebuilt the business, working 80-hour weeks. When the workload became unsustainable, she taught herself AI from YouTube. Within weeks, AI was answering calls, booking appointments, collecting overdue payments, and sending post-service photos. Her husband went from getting home at 6 pm to 3 pm. Fridays became family days. They turned down a $750K buyout offer. Now she runs Crewless, helping service business owners implement the same AI systems so their kids get the best of them, not what's left. In this week’s episode, we’re talking about how she lost everything 5 days after closing and built it all back with AI! Life and business are not about never dealing with adversity. It’s about pushing through, discovering what you’re capable of, and learning new skills to make your business even better! EP. 238: The Truth About Manifestation From a 7-Figure Business Owner
As much as I’d love for something like the success of my business to stay consistent, it’s just not going to happen. It’s part of the human experience. So instead of lamenting about the slow season I was in, I went back to my manifestations, and manifested a newer version of my business - tweaked a few things and overhauled some others - so that I could serve even more people. Because not everything is going to work all the time. My last version of Courage Driven Latina worked because of the pandemic. Everyone was inside, and many courageous women wanted to pivot. My clients wanted to change their lives for the better, and I got a ton of clients from all walks of life. But as the world started opening up, my clientele changed, so I had to change too. In this week’s episode, we’re talking about the truth about manifestation from a 7-figure business owner. My business has been successful because I took action during a slow season of business. So if you’re trying to manifest success, maybe because you’re in a slow season too, this episode is for you. EP. 237: Why It’s Not Too Late to Jump into the Creator Economy (and Why You Should Start Now!)
I know so many women who want more for themselves. They want to feel comfortable posting online, have financial freedom, and live more courageously. But at the same time, most of them say the same thing: that “it's too late,” and “there are already too many influencers.” As someone who started posting on social media “late,” it’s never too late to start. Give yourself the chance to succeed! I have clients who have started from ZERO followers, and now they’re on brand trips and selling out their business offers. Their dreams, everything on their vision boards, are coming true because they put themselves in the position to be seen by their community. And this week, I’m going to tell you why it’s not too late to join them. In this week’s episode, we’re talking about why it’s not too late to jump into the creator economy. You can start right now and see results in just a few weeks! The creator economy is no longer this faraway resource that’s out of reach for regular people; it’s a growing part of our current economy. EP. 236: Why Your Content Isn't Turning Into Clients or Opportunities
Last year, and if I’m being honest, probably before that, I was in a bit of a content slump. I felt like I wasn’t having fun making content anymore. And that can sound silly because I run a business, and content is technically work. But I decided to have fun with my content again, and it was exactly what my business needed to start selling again. Having fun with my content brought in more sales than my usual sales posts did! And when I went down the researching rabbit hole, I found out why. Audiences have changed; they don’t want a hard sell anymore. They want a soft sell, and it’s easier to have fun and be authentic when you’re soft-selling to your audience. In this week’s episode, we’re talking about why your content isn’t turning into clients or opportunities. There is a reason! It’s not just that the economy is bad or people aren’t buying coaching anymore. People are buying, and brands are booking talent. My clients are making money from their content right now! EP. 234: The Profitable Personal Brand Series: BTS of How I Landed Brand Deals & Paid Collaborations
My personal brand has been making money for me for YEARS. This wasn’t an accident; this was completely by design. Ok, maybe a little bit of it was accidental, but we learn, grow, and study what works so that we can replicate it. And a little help from a coach or a mentor never hurts. I had no idea how much money I could make from brand deals and paid collaborations. I thought, like everyone else at the time, that you had to have millions of dollars to ever see a brand deal contract. But that couldn’t be farther from the truth. You don’t need a million followers to get brand deals. You don’t even need 100k followers to get brand deals. What you need is trust, and if you can build that trust with your followers, you can make a lot of money. In this week’s episode, we’re going behind the scenes of how I landed brand deals and paid collaborations. Before I was an influencer, I was just sharing what I thought was valuable life advice to my audience. Now I know that I was a micro influencer in the making with a ton of opportunities coming my way. And now that I’ve figured out what works and what doesn’t, I’m going to share how you can land those same brand deals with under 2k followers as a micro influencer. How to work with Erika: ! EP. 233: The Profitable Personal Brand Series: BTS of Paid Speaking Engagements
Your personal brand is literally the fastest way of manifesting your dream life. I used to say that everything you want is on the other side of courage, and I still stand by that! But now I think you all want the step that comes after having courage, which is strategy. So I went back and studied what I did to build a profitable personal brand and how you can replicate it for your own personal brand. The next step is what a lot of people are afraid of - public speaking. Public speaking is a great way to solidify your brand because it makes you an expert. You don’t have to be THE EXPERT on any given topic to talk about it; you just have to have valuable knowledge and the life experience to back it up. Don’t believe me? I’ve made $10k in one speaking engagement, when the most I’ve made speaking was $3k MAX. In this week’s episode, we’re talking about the BTS of paid speaking engagements. If getting paid to speak is on your vision board, we can make it happen in 2026. EP. 232: The Profitable Personal Brand Series: BTS of My First Paying Clients
I’ve been a coach, a creator, and a public speaker for a few years now, and I wouldn’t have gotten there without my audience. At first, I just posted my journey in the tech industry. I wasn’t an expert, and I didn’t plan on teaching anyone, let alone coaching anyone. But my audience was getting a ton of value from my life lessons and wanted me to help them. So I did. Sometimes, it’s as easy as that. People, especially after 2020, want coaching from people with real-life experiences. I was able to build a profitable personal brand, not because I was an expert, but because people saw that I could build a new life for myself and wanted to do the same thing. And now that I’ve sat and really figured out what made me successful and what didn’t, I’m going to teach you, too. In this week’s episode, we’re starting something new. EP. 231: The Peaceful Path to Success: Welcome to Your Señora Era with Ann Dunning
One of the things I’ve been working on with my clients is helping them figure out who they are outside of their careers. As Latina women living in the US, we often feel like our worth is dependent on what we do for work because we need it to be worth the trauma of immigration. But living only for our jobs and tying our worth to our career is not only unhealthy - it's a trauma response. So how do we break away from this way of thinking and find a more peaceful path to success? EP. 230: Building a Personal Brand Is the Fastest Way to Manifest Your Dream Life
Your posts are good, but not great for this new algorithm. People are more interested in using social media as a search engine than ever before, so the algorithm is more interest-based than it used to be. That means that you want to start creating “selfless content” instead of “selfish content” and posting that on your personal brand pages. So what the heck does any of that even mean??? It means that when you tap into people's interests, you will attract the right people to your brand. When you attract the right people to your brand, you can start making money online and attracting the opportunities that will help you manifest your dream life. It’s simple! In this week’s episode, we’re talking about how building a personal brand is the fastest way to manifest your dream life. Your personal brand is in your control. You get to show up how you want and attract the people and opportunities that fit into your dream life. Tune in to this week’s episode to learn how to use the interest-based algorithm and your personal brand to manifest your dream life. EP. 229: From Survival to Service: Building a Brand That Helps Others as a Breast Cancer Survivor with Eileen Lopez Tome
Some people can go to their parents for help, but often, we are the ones people look to during a crisis. If you’re a first-gen, eldest, and/or Latina daughter, you are the point person for your family. You make sure everything works out in the end. So what would happen if you can’t be that person anymore? This week, we’re talking to someone who had to not only survive breast cancer, but figure out how to do life during and after treatment. Eileen Lopez Tome is a resilient, compassionate, and bold first-generation Cuban-American woman, mom of five, breast cancer survivor, public servant, and certified professional coach. After being diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer in 2016, she turned pain into purpose - becoming a certified coach in 2018 and dedicating her practice to guiding women through life’s most defining transitions. Rooted in faith and fueled by love for her community, Eileen helps women - especially Hispanic and Latina women - release perfectionism, surrender control, and trust their own intuition. She believes healing is communal, cultural heritage is power, and legacy should be designed - not dictated by circumstance. Through coaching and advocacy, she helps women restore balance to their ecosystems - mind, body, spirit, family, and work - so they can live joyfully, creatively, and unapologetically. In this week’s episode, we’re talking about how Eileen went from survival to service. In just a few short years, Eileen built a brand that helps others as a breast cancer survivor and is not only helping people survive during this period in their lives but also thrive. Tune in to hear her breast cancer survivor story and how she’s helping her clients navigate their most difficult moments with care. EP. 228: How a First-Gen Latina Broke Into Tech, Survived a Layoff, and Built Her Personal Brand with Elsa Jimenez
We should be able to plan our careers the same way we plan anything else in our lives. But college doesn’t teach us how to network or get that promotion, especially in corporate America. Putting our heads down and working as hard as we can is getting us nowhere. We need new skills. So, we need to listen to someone who has been through it and can help us get to where we want to be. Elsa Jimenez is a powerhouse first-gen Latina in tech on a mission to bridge the gap between high-performance code and holistic well-being. By day, she navigates the complexities of the tech industry, championing representation and breaking barriers for underrepresented voices in the digital space. Beyond the screen, Elsa Jimenez is a dedicated advocate for mental health and fitness, believing that a strong mind is the ultimate operating system. She views movement and mindfulness not just as hobbies, but as essential tools for resilience in the fast-paced corporate world. Whether she’s optimizing a workflow or hitting a new PR in the gym, she brings a signature blend of cultural pride, grit, and authenticity to everything she touches. In this week’s episode, we’re talking about how Elsa broke into tech, survived a layoff, and built her personal brand. Our careers are not as safe as they used to be, especially with tech layoffs looming over our shoulders every quarter. But that doesn’t mean we don’t have control over our own lives. Elsa used her time in the Courage Driven Latina program to plan for the best and worst case scenarios in her career, specifically so she doesn’t feel panicked when something doesn’t go according to plan. Tune in to this week’s episode to hear how she used the CDL program to advance her career and what she’s currently working on to get ahead in this year's CDL group. EP. 226: If I Had to Start Over in 2026, This Is Exactly How I’d Make Money Online
Starting over is not the end of the world. It may feel like it, at first, don’t get me wrong. But if I had lost everything, all of my clients, and I had to start my online business over again, I know that I could do it. I can make money online and regain my following because I help people start over for a living. I have two clients who have decided to start over recently. In this week’s episode, we’re talking about how I'd make money online if I had to start over. EP. 225: Posting Progress Over Perfection: The Psychology of Building Trust Online
You won’t post online because you were told to stay quiet all your life. You were conditioned to keep your head down, be humble, and mind your manners. And now that conditioning has leaked into every aspect of your life, including posting online. And, this isn’t about confronting your parents or lamenting about the horrors machismo has left on our culture. We can do that later. Today, we’re working on ourselves, letting that kind of toxic self-talk go, and learning how we can break free of this calladita conditioning. In this week’s episode, we’re talking about posting progress over perfectionism. To be successful on social media, you need trust. Trust from your audience to keep watching, and trust from yourself to keep posting. There is a psychology to building trust online, and after years of building a successful personal brand on social media, I’ve cracked the code. Listen to find out more about calladita conditioning, how it affects you posting online, and why you still feel like you need to be “qualified” enough to be visible on social media. EP. 224: How to Grow on Instagram in 2026 (Yes, It’s Still Possible)
After losing followers on social media for the last two years, I decided enough was enough. I didn’t know why I was losing followers, and I didn’t know how to get new ones, but I knew that something had to change. So I got to work. If you follow me on Instagram, you’ll know that I blew up there recently. One post got 1.7 million views!! And it’s still growing! And it’s all because I let my content evolve into something shareable. And if I can do it, you can do it too. In this week’s episode, we’re talking about how to grow on Instagram in 2026. Yes, it is still possible. Yes, you can do it today. Instagram isn’t known for making its users super viral like other platforms are. But if you want to share valuable insights and enrich your community, your follower count will grow just like mine did. EP. 223: From Bagging Groceries to Global Icon: The Manifestation Lessons We Can Learn from Bad Bunny
Ten years ago, Benito was just a kid in PR bagging groceries for his neighbors. Now he and his music are a worldwide phenomenon that is giving us so much light during dark times. He didn’t have rich parents or wealthy connections to get him where he is now. He was discovered by chance because he made himself visible. Bad Bunny’s journey is truly a testament to how you can manifest anything you want in this life. No dream is too big, and no stage is out of reach. By learning from Benito, we can also learn how to quantum leap and make our wildest dreams a reality. In this week’s episode, we’re exploring how Bad Bunny manifested becoming a global icon despite coming from humble beginnings. There are three lessons you can learn from his journey, so grab a pencil and a notebook because you’re gonna want to write this down. EP. 222: If You Want to Create Content But Don’t Want to Come Off Conceited
So many of my Courage Driven Latinas clients are loving the Visibility Challenge we’re working through right now, but that doesn’t mean that it’s been easy for them. In fact, a few fears have come up, and were preventing them from posting their content. It turns out they were afraid of being seen as conceited. This makes sense, especially for our community. We were always being told to worry about what other people will say and what other people will think of us. Being too visible has always been framed as a negative in our lives, but what if I told you that posting your content was one positive you could do for our community? This week's episode is about what to do when you want to create content, but don’t want to come off as conceited. My clients are afraid that posting on social media automatically means that they’re being too cringe or conceited. But that will never be the case if your content is in service to your audience. And this week, I’m going to show you how to embody the mindset that will help you enjoy creating content and sharing it with the world! EP. 221: How Personal Branding Creates Opportunities and Builds Social Capital (Even When You’re Not in the Room)
2026 is a new year, and it’s time to make some courageous changes in your life. So if you’ve been wanting to post on social media and build your personal brand, but you’re too afraid to post anything, you’re leaving opportunities on the table. Right now in the Courage Driven Latina program, we are working on being visible, and for a lot of people, that means posting on social media and building up their personal brand. They’re doing amazingly well right now, posting almost every single day to get used to it and seeing amazing results. But they weren’t posting before this challenge we’re working on because they were scared. Now that they’re posting, they’re starting to see their manifestations come true. In this week’s episode, we talk about how personal branding creates opportunities and builds social capital, even when you’re not in the room. Posting on social media helped me create my personal brand. Personal branding helped me build my business up to have six-figure years. If I were still afraid of what other people thought of me posting on social media, I don’t know if I’d have the same business. If you’re ready to change your mindset and start building your personal brand, this episode is for you! Resources Mentioned: Follow Erika on: Website: How to work with Erika: !

EP. 220: The Fear of Being Seen Isn’t Insecurity — It’s Cultural Conditioning
