Make your goal SMART: Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, Time-bound. Bottom Half (Monthly): Choose 1 tactic from each strategy and turn those into your 3 business goals for the month. Assign By Who and By When for each monthly goal to ensure clarity and delegation. 🗓️ Weekly Execution Plan only one week at a time — life happens. If you overplan, you’ll abandon the whole thing.
