Intension von Self & Calm (Teil der Friedens-Yoga-Akademie) ist, den Blick und das Herz dafür zu öffnen, dass es einen Ort in uns gibt, der von den äußeren Umständen unberührt, hell, friedlich und erfüllt von einer feinen, zufriedenen Ruhe ist. Für die Erfahrung des immer vorhanden Friedens IN uns, bietet die Friedens-Yoga-Akademie unter Self & Calm, Meditationen und Inspirationen aus der nondualen Philosophie. Der Self 6 Calm PODCAST möchte das Interesse an Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten (wie z.B. die spirituelle Intelligenz) sowie an vielleicht noch unbekannten Weltsichten und Betrachtungsperspektiven wecken. Die Themen mögen inspirieren und berühren und zur tieferen Beschäftigung anregen. Ich freue mich weiterzugeben, was mich in den letzten 15 Jahren berührt, inspiriert, geprägt und nicht zuletzt meinen spirituellen Weg geebnet hat.
