Get ready for an amazing interview. In fact it is so good, I had to break it up into two parts. This is the first part about faith, personal growth, and the challenges of leaving organized religion.

My amazing guest today is Sarah Failla, a trauma-informed master coach with 20 years of experience in guiding people through profound transformations. She specializes in guiding people toward profound transformations, helping them heal and understand themselves for positive changes in every area of their life.

Her approach extends beyond traditional mindset work by integrating somatic practices, spirituality, and inner healing techniques, ensuring lasting and embodied transformation for her clients. She leads a rich and adventurous life, exploring new cultures with her husband and three boys across more than 50 countries. Her authenticity and ability to embrace life's messiness inspires her clients.

In this episode, we explore Sarah's experiences as a missionary in different countries, the process of questioning long-held beliefs and religious teachings, and the challenges of leaving organized religion to find a new spiritual path. We talk about the impact of personal loss and tragedy on faith, and discuss the freedom found in embracing a more inclusive and personal spirituality.

Throughout our conversation, we touch on themes of authenticity, personal growth, and the courage it takes to challenge deeply ingrained beliefs. Whether you're going through your own spiritual journey or simply interested in understanding different perspectives on faith and personal development, this episode offers valuable insights and thought-provoking discussions.

Join us as we explore the complexities of faith, the power of self-discovery, and the liberation that comes from being true to oneself.
