Each day that you arise is a new beginning. It's a new day and you can start things afresh. Sometimes life hands you difficult situations and sometimes you make bad choices. But each day you can start afresh no matter what the issue in your life can be (health, career, marriage, children) and you can start afresh without condemnation, guilt, or shame! “Revive us again, O God! I know you will! Give us a fresh start! Then all your people will taste your joy and gladness.” Psalm 85:6 The Passion Translation My heart is to help women realize that, deep within themselves, they hold the ability to overcome. How do I know? Because I've been on a journey of overcoming. You do not need to live with anxiety, depression, or ill health. Inside of you is the ability to ignite joy, bring healing and come to life again. We live in a broken world and many of us have been hurt by trauma in some way. If you have unresolved trauma, you will tend to carry around open wounds that never seem to heal. As you move along in life, you take those wounds and those problems with you, and they continue to rob you of joy and life.
