I’ve got a TON of things to cover this episode, from self diagnosing your product suite as a hot mess or thriving to offer organization to offer pricing and more. I’m sure many of you are freaking out by some of the terms I used because you have NO idea what that means- and that’s OKAY. I remember when I started my online business and I used to hear terms like systems, funnels, and optimization. But don’t worry, I’m going to simplify and walk you through. First I want to go over some basic vocabulary here. For starters, a product suite is multiple offers or products from one vendor. So all of my offers from low ticket to high ticket are my product suite. Let’s also break down low ticket and high ticket offers. That simply means low-value low -price offer and high-value high-price value. I’m going to break down the price ranges for that at the end so you guys can take notes and keep as a guide when building out your product suite. OKAY, we’re going to do a little self-diagnosing game. The web-md of business mess ups. I’m going to mention a list of 10 symptoms, and if you check off 3 or more, your product suite is officially a hot, HOT mess. Okay, let's go through the list: Are you energetically drained from your offers? Are your offers organized throughout the year, or are you confused on what you should be focused on selling? Can your offer easily upsell itself? Meaning if someone goes to invest in one offer, they can easily see the value in the next offer and will other go for the higher value offer, or already have that offer in mind for their next purchase. Does each offer sell the next offer passively? Rather than you manually having to promote and sell each individual offer? Do you have offers for each stage of your client’s journey? Are all of your offers basically the same? Or do you have clear differences that speak to your specific client’s stage? Do you have one offer that takes all of your time and energy? Do you have to launch or promote your offer in order for it to have any sales? Is no one grabbing your offer? Your DMs are just dead. I could honestly list a few more, but these are the top focuses I wanted to bring up. You start to have the imposter syndrome, you think you need MORE offers, you think you need to change the branding, the marketing, ect. Now, if you want to have a sustainable business and make sustainable sales, you need to have offers that can grow with you and SELL themselves while delivering amazing value. It’s beyond just making the sale, it’s the deliverables inside, the entire client experience from discovering you- to buying from you- to working with you- and finally if your client retention is amazing then they will re-sign with you. IF you checked 3 or more, I’m sorry but your product suite is a hawt mess. LUCKILY, this can be treated and there is in fact a cure. I want to paint the picture of a thriving product suite, so you can really visualize the impact your offers should have: Number one: you have a range of low ticket, and high ticket offers. This way you are accessible for all budget ranges. I often see people disregard low or medium ticket, but the reality is that some clients literally CANNOT afford high ticket at this stage and that doesn’t mean they aren’t ready to work hard and invest in what they are able to. Secondly, having offers that directly offer value to each stage of your client’s journey. This way you offer value from beginning to end, and your client feels seen and heard by you through it all. Your client should always have another offer to go to once they are done working with you to continue their journey, typically it will end with your highest support offer possible (1:1 for example, or a high level mastermind) You have a low ticket offer that is passive, and will funnel into your next offers. This is giving you constant income and warming up a client to buy the next offer passively behind the scenes. You have one signature offer that is other evergreen (meaning it is always running, there is no open and close), or you launch it every few months and this is your main source of income and you spend most time on For me, I have my signature mastermind Luxe Legacy, that is 5 months long. I spend the most time on this offer because it is high level, I provide 1:1 support to my clients and I am always updating the resources inside. When you have a thriving product suite, you can plan your income and launches/ client capacity for the entire year. You are able to have control over your energy, and make room to take more clients as you feel/ plan for growth when you’re ready. This is YOU having control over your business vs your business controlling YOU. I mentioned low ticket, medium ticket, and high ticket offers. I want to go through a quick breakdown of examples and the price range typically that you will see for online service providers. Please note that this is a very very broad example, this totally depends on the service provider, the type of service, the type of business, the deliverables and value ect. BUT this is a great range to have at the back of your knowledge Starting at low ticket, this is including anything free to under $300. Some examples are any freebies to generate leads or build your email, small courses, e-books, templates, ect. These are AMAZING for quick action content, and getting your leads onto other platforms. You want to make these impactful and short enough to leave them craving more. Medium ticket offers are between $300 and $800. These are great evergreen options. Many service providers will have a group program that has a facebook group, there is no 1:1 access, it solves 1-3 main problems. These are great for niche specific offers because with the strong messaging it’s a quick no brainer sale to solve a main problem. These are the BEST to upsell to your high ticket offers, or even offer an add-on VIP option to gain extra support or features. Finally we have our high ticket offers that are over $800. These are typically your signature offer, as I mentioned my high level mastermind Luxe Legacy is the prime example of this. These are giving that VIP experience and offering high level support. When you’re planning your direction for the next 6-12 months I love to reverse engineer and start with my capacity for my high ticket offers, then work my way down. Knowing this information now, I hope you guys have some clarity about what your product suite SHOULD be like, and know that again if your product suite is a hawt mess right now there is a way to turn it into your dream product suite. You know I’m only interested in sustainably scaling in your biz, so these quote on quote “trends” are actually crucial for business growth in general. In the last I’d say 5 months I noticed a more obvious shift that these things were here to stay, and I knew I had to make this episode. If you are a visual person like me, and want a summary version of these trends, I have an you can go save on there. Starting at #1. Staying in the heavy masculine energy WILL hold you back from scaling. I’ll give a quick recap of masculine energy. This is action driven, goal focused, logic based and DOING THE CONSTANT WORK. This is where hustle culture came from, the idea that we need to be constantly grinding to get results. All of those coaches and business owners we saw that were masculine energy heavy are now on this “self care and self love journey”, talking about how much burnout they experienced. They barely saw their friends, spent time with family, and forgot to do basic things like eat. Their sleep schedules were non-existent. The list goes on. There NEEDS to be a balance between having the goal, being driven to get there, but also knowing when to listen to your intuition and be in the ebb and flow. You will achieve SO much more when your energy levels are balanced. Focus and grind when you need to, then know when to step away and do something to bring your energy up. Your brain fog will be gone, your exhaustion will subside, you’ll have time to EAT well and bring movement into your routine ect. In terms of it not allowing you to SCALE, we need to look at scaling as more than just hustling to get as many sales as possible. Scaling includes your mental capacity, your capacity as a business owner in taking new clients, creating new offers, REFINING offers, creating flow in the journey, creation direction, levelling up your legacy… all which ultimately lead to consistent sales and growth in numbers. You CAN’T achieve that long term without having balance. The masculine heavy energy is NOT sustainable, period. Number 2: We’re going back to the basics here. You WILL get left behind if you don’t build a bulletproof foundation that can adapt and pivot. Let’s break this down. I want to start with WHAT your foundation is. We’re talking about your brand direction, your positioning, your pillars, your mission, how you help each stage of your ideal clients, ect. There cannot be any MISSED areas in your foundation. You need absolute clarity. BECAUSE, when it comes to a launch, an offer, content shifts, ect… YOU as the expert need to be 10 steps ahead of your client and make a quick pivot to continue thriving. Another thing, looking at reel trends, hopping on TikTok, posting things you think your audience will like, saving OTHER posts/reels for ideas to copy. This is NOT a strategy and holds no real context or foundation- your message will just have zero impact when your audience hears it. The reels, posts, ect are an EXECUTION of your foundation. With these external things always changing, you need to know how to truly adapt while staying on track with your direction and keeping your audience locked on. Number 3: Curation is DEAD. I actually did a live experiment about a year ago, where I committed to having an extremely curated feed for 30 days to prove how it lowers your engagement. There are a few reasons for this: 1. Your audience aren’t robots. You need to engage with them and truly be in their minds to know how to talk to them and deliver what value they need. A curated feed removes them from experiencing being felt, seen and heard by you. 2. The BIGGEST factor in attraction marketing is your positioning and personal brand. We’re talking about major story-telling, being vulnerable, emotional selling, and how you position yourself as the most suitable option for your client. Having a curated feed fully removes that personal touch, and you can kiss goodbye to having the BFF feel with your audience, let alone them being locked on. People buy from PEOPLE, you may get away with selling low ticket, but if you want to get into the high ticket sales, you need the personal factor. You’ll want to start posting those polarizing opinions or deep shower thoughts and really tap into YOUR voice. I’ve been totally abusing the notes app on my phone, poor thing is just being used every 2 seconds. This is the BEST way to quickly get those thoughts down and share them. The experiment I did turned out exactly as expected, my engagement completely plummeted and I had followers even message me saying they were no longer seeing my posts come up on their feed. Number 4: Boundaries boundaries boundaries. We’re being clear on WHO we want to work with, HOW we will work with them, and standing our ground with expectations. I really want you guys to treat this like a business, no matter who you are dealing with. I see time and time again some clients that bend their boundaries for a friend to work with them and it turns into a total nightmare. Or they forget to send out a contract, but it’s fine because they’re “nice”. Or you don’t send a welcome pack outlining the exact expectations on both ends. The biggest problem I see is the boundaries are created, but not enforced. You create these boundaries for a reason. The SECOND you cross it for whatever reason, that person expects you can do it again and again. Be clear in your messaging of exactly the person you want to attract. Be VERY clear in your sales pages and contracts of what is included. Make sure you outline very clearly, WHAT are the appropriate times and places to contact you? What is included with them buying from you? What happens if there is a dispute? Ect. We’re also enforcing personal boundaries. Protecting your energy is crucial for growing into the next stage of your life. If there is a person or thing that isn’t inspiring you and serving your highest good then I am giving your permission to LET THAT SHIT GO. We don’t have time to waste! Number 5: Sustainably scaling and story-telling is THE WAY to passive attraction. Let’s break down what this means. Starting with passive attraction… imagine attraction marketing and passive income having a baby. Starting at the beginning of a client’s journey, how are you attracting the new lead to you? How do you lock them on, how do you warm them up to buy… ALL while you aren’t even present. We’re moving away from the 3 day DM convos with the Linda that doesn’t even buy. We’re moving away from booking 50 sales calls. I’ve had 10k days and 50k months all from recurring clients and a quick DM convo with women already excited and ready to buy. Story-telling is a crucial skill in your personal brand, and that is exactly how you get your audience to lock on to YOU and master emotional selling. This way they subconsciously already bought into YOU before they know all the details of the offer or thing. When we look at sustainably scaling- how does one offer tie to the next. Where you can have a new client STAY with you because each offer works them up a ladder. We’re also looking at if your direction and business run like a machine FOR YOU? I would say the most missed thing with this is just your content in itself. Where you post too much and too many new things rather than keeping your topics around your pillars and LESS quantity. Your content has a huge shelf life, and I’m constantly teaching people how to utilize that into their scaling. So as you can tell, these aren’t exactly TRENDS. This is totally an overview of shifts you need to make and focus on if you really want major growth this year and the months moving forward. I took 6 months off of my business, sorry I ghosted you! But these 6 months off were totally necessary. I have a lot to catch up with you today: we’re going to go over my investment gone wrong, imposter syndrome, being diagnosed with ADHD… all which ultimately lead to a huge pivot in my business. Let’s start with a quick re-into… most of you would know me as the designer and brand expert … aka owner of Junipr Design. As of a few weeks ago, I officially let go of the business name Junipr Design, and we are simply sticking my name: Kas Medeiros… your go-to business coach. Junipr Design was simply outgrown, what started as a small Etsy shop led me to huge things, and we were ready to fully take on this next stage. INVESTMENT GONE WRONG Let’s start at the beginning, I decided to make a huge investment a few months ago that ultimately did not go to plan. Unfortunately over half of the women here were left with major stress, trauma and imposter syndrome from this experience. Of course- I was one of these ladies. When you put your trust and frankly a lot of money into someone you look up to, it’s soo hard to have that disappointment come through. You begin to change things in your life and business as this person mentors you, because you believe (obviously) that this is going to bring you amazing results… I mean that IS why we invest in the first place. I was so SO confused for months truly wondering if I wanted to even be in a space that is 1. Unregulated, 2. Unfortunately a lot of sliminess goes on. Like I said, there was a HUGE group of us girls that were experiencing these feelings at the same time, which in a way was a huge blessing where we took this energy and time and created our own little group to help and coach EACH OTHER.. Share out wins, give advice ect. This created major imposter syndrome, because I realized for months everything that I was creating was in a way influenced by this person that I now had huge disagreements with and I found it hard to basically unlearn what I’ve done in the last few months and erase all of the direction that I’ve mapped out because it was not ME. I truly truly believe that as a mentor, it is our job to guide and help when people are not quote on quote “in the light” of what is going on. This means directing them to discovering their true pains and providing direction and action steps to walk them through a larger desire. What this does NOT entail, is guilt appeal, pushing your beliefs as a coach onto someone else, invalidating someone’s goals because they are not in your business model, and frankly being slimy to make a sale. I KNOW how many of you have gone through super messed up experiences with the coaching space, and how many of you are genuinely scared to invest because of this. I can only say this: First off, every single one of those ladies including me that had a terrible experience- are genuinely INCREDIBLE coaches that I know personally. These ladies have the most heartfelt values, truly truly put their clients first, and work their a$$es off to support their clients in every way possible. I also want to say, this experience taught me SO many things in my business- I learned how I never want to make MY clients feel. I learned how important messaging in your marketing is, and how everything you say is creating a promise. I learned the impact and ripple effect you can have on someone’s entire life and business journey. Finally, I learned that these few experiences absolutely do NOT reflect on the entire coaching industry. While there always will be some slimy slimy people (that is absolutely no doubt), there are the most genuine incredible people that are ready to give you everything you need to reach your personal success goals. I have to tell you: please don’t let this story steer you away from never investing, because I ALSO invested a lot after this that helped me completely nurture and validate my steps moving forward to make a huge impact and make my mark in the space. MY ADHD DIAGNOSES Now moving on to my diagnosing process with ADHD. I have to start by saying first and foremost everything I am going to say about this was my personal experience and is in no way speaking on behalf of any other individual who has or is experiencing their ADHD journey. I have spoken openly about my struggles in school, dropping out, having major anxiety, being diagnosed with depression. NEVER in my mind did I think “hm… you’ve got some ADHD stuff going on in that brain there”. Idk about you, but ADHD in my mind is “squirrel brain and boys not being able to sit still or be quiet”. It was NEVER in my knowledge that girls experience ADHD differently than boys, and how common it is for girls to go misdiagnosed until our early to mid twenties because of our symptoms being different. I’ve always struggled with certain topics at school (math was impossible for me and I struggled with test or exam writing because it took me so long to understand a question I was reading let alone answer it). Second year of college was especially hard for me- when the classes were no longer hands-on and instead it was more class based on lectures. I COULD NOT focus or care to pay attention to whatever they were teaching- so I dropped out. I VERY easily become over stimulated and will shut down- I can’t organize my brain (there’s a million little thoughts going on at once)... the list goes ON. But I didn’t necessarily fit the stereotype of “adhd”. I went to my doctor multiple times because I couldn’t find motivation or be able to focus for work and I was diagnosed and hopped through meds for treating depression. BUT I DIDN’T FEEL DEPRESSED. In fact, work excited me. But I was so beyond overwhelmed that my brain would shut down and I would be in a state of paralysis and just stay in bed. FINALLY, about 6 months ago my therapist and a friend suggested I ask to be tested because it got to the point where I was unable to complete daily tasks and I couldn’t work or sleep ect. After 6 long months of hopping back and forth with diagnosing processes, I finally was diagnosed and began treatment for ADD and ADHD. Which leads me to this massive business pivot. THE BUSINESS PIVOT I have been THE go-to brand girl since I started my business online. I was the brand EXPERT- everything from branding designs, to brand strategy, to making physical products. But I took a step back in the 6 months off to reflect and really refine my mission and my pillars. I realized “umm duh… this is way deeper than just brand strategy”. I’ve been helping women for months create their bulletproof brand to attract clients. Working on attraction marketing, finding a balance between masculine and feminine energy, working on growing a business sustainably… This is beyond just brand strategy. I wanted to fully step foot into helping you create a business from the ground up, with every detail and pillar necessary. We're starting at foundations, and we're going all the way to scaling your 6&7 figure business. Junipr Design has been long gone for a long time, even though I kept the name it felt so strange to pivot because that is how people have associated me for my entire business. But hanging on to the name and hanging on to SOME of the brand title really held me back from fully executing the ideas I have for business growth And lemme tell ya… there are a LOT of ideas. The incredible thing though about the last two years is just how much context and experience I have in all things business to building a brand that IS your legacy and IS memorable in the space. I know everything from building a bulletproof foundation to knowing how to scale effortlessly to having a BOMB pivot that your audience will love you even more for- and ultimately attract even more alignment and abundance. I’ve gotta say, I’ve written some outlines for some episodes on at least 10 occasions. I wrote them, scrapped it, wrote them, scrapped them. Nothing felt right until I fully made this pivot. So I strongly urge you, if you are having this resistance to go back to the BASICS. Take a step back and go over everything from the beginning. What is your passion? What are your skills? What is your mission- separated from your current title? What are the pillars that you could talk about for hours because you are just so passionate about it? The answer is already in you, you just have to look at it from a different angle. I want to talk about the mistake I KNOW you’re making NOW. I see this every single day. This is the #1 cause for content burn out and frustration when you feel like: 1. People aren't in your DMs or buying 2. You can tell your audience is not on the same page- usually you notice this in your DMss. This is because they're confused and have content shock. They simply can’t see how you are THE OBVIOUS answer and they should be jumping at the opportunity. Even though you’re posting amazing content all the time that is jam packed and should be saved, does not mean it’s impactful or DIGESTIBLE by your ideal client. SO, the issue is: that you post new topics ALL THE TIME. I see the people that have 300+ posts on their instagram feed, or send out a new email every few days, guys- that is making no impact. Let’s go back to the UDDR method, (If you don’t know what I am talking about go back to episode 3. This framework brings your audience from completely unaware, to the stage of relief and excitement by working or buying from you. You are educating, nurturing and creating urgency that if they want a certain solution, and the gold at the end of the rainbow- you have the right path to get them there. Here is the problem when you start posting new topics every day. In your mind you think “I give SO much value, I am showing that I know my sh*t, so why wouldn’t people want to work with me!” You may notice that your posts get a lot of saves, but no one is really biting. This is all creating CONTENT SHOCK. Before your audience has the chance to get from one stage to another, you’re hitting them with something new every single day. Let’s paint the picture: Someone just comes across your page. You have over 200 posts, reels and graphics and carousels and alllll the things mixed together. It’s already overwhelming, they pick a few things to read and are SO confused because you just mentioned a whole array of different things that don’t lead them through a journey. Instead of feeling like that piece of content was literally MADE FOR THEM, they are so confused, and continue to look elsewhere for an answer to their problems. In a matter of a few seconds, people should know WHAT you do. The more they read, they should feel SOME clarity and curiosity to know more about what you are talking about. They should go from unaware, to denial (maybe i can do without this?), then doubt (will this really work), and finally relief. This is why your brand pillars are SO important. Are you staying within those 4-5 pillars in your content, really drilling in YES- THIS works. It takes more than one time to get someone to understand your point, when you throw a new topic at them every day they back out! Right when they are starting to warm up to you, it becomes overcomplicated. I quickly want to mention, if you guys don’t already know about this freebie. The link is right in the show notes for you! Let’s get back in… I only have about 50 posts in total on Instagram and I’m constantly refining. Even on my email funnels, I repeat certain crucial points in case they missed it the first time. I just signed 3 NEW clients in the last 2 weeks from them specifically saying “I just binged your content/ podcast and I’m hooked” Amazing marketing, is the most simple marketing. This goes beyond just instagram. I had an amazing conversation with the ladies in my high level program Luxe Legacy. I had to really drill into their heads the importance of content recycling. Imagine if you have 15% opening rate for you email. That means 85% did NOT read that email. If you send a brand new email topic every day, people are not going along that journey. Don’t be afraid to repeat and recycle your ideas, or mention an offer multiple times. This really goes back to the basics. I say all the time that these issues are proof of holes in your foundation. People are so quick to “create their pillars” then write them off and toss it aside. It is SO MUCH DEEPER than that! Whether or not you know your human design (if you don’t, I highly recommend you do research on that and learn to perform in your business using your human design). Masculine Energy Let’s talk about masculine energy. Now I do want to preface this by saying- masculine does not mean NEGATIVE. For a really long time I was only working in the masculine because all of my coaches were ONLY masculine energy focused. And many people related “hustle culture to masculine, and masculine energy equals faster success”. When you hear “masculine energy” in business, this is very logic based. You are goal driven and focused on ACTION. You love having control, everything is planning and you are OUT THERE doing all the work. When it comes to running an online business especially, this is very heavy to take on your own, and is a lot less sustainable because YOU are constantly working on the next thing, and the next, and the next. Feminine Energy Then we have the feminine energy, which is very intuitive and living in the ebb and flow. This is your creative and vulnerable side. This is when you create and post from intuition, then walk away. You allow whatever is aligned to come to you, or not. You embrace and work with the flow of all the seasons you will experience. And no schedule can put you in a box. Balance = Thrive Now the REAL power, where you can really thrive, is finding this perfect sweet spot in the middle. Using your masculine every to stay goal focused and driven toward creating a direction for your vision is CRUCIAL. Without that, you have no drive or clarity on where the hell you’re moving toward. Your masculine energy allows you to stay committed, passionate and take action on things that may seem scary sometimes. Your feminine energy allows you to create with intention when you are feeling your highest, and know when to take a step back to recharge. This is blocking off non-negotiables on your calendar, and knowing how to receive with open arms, and accept that there is MORE coming your way to be grateful for. Finding balance for me was the MOST noticeable in launching. I create a full schedule, but I am not married to it. I accept the pivots, I lean into my intuition and use intention and passion as a drive. I constantly tap into my feminine when I post on my stories, you guys will pick up on this instantly after listening to this episode. I don’t post everyday, because I am not 100% full of high vibes EVERYDAY. When I do show up, I keep it vulnerable and transparent. This balance strengthens that multi-figure magnet we talked about last episode, because you TRULY created alignment in yourself and this radiates through your business. I always get asked "Kas, what is attraction marketing? Like I do not understand what you do for attraction marketing. How do you teach it? What is it that you're actually teaching when it comes to attraction marketing?" I get it, it is a very big, BROAD type of thing that people just don't understand what it is. And the biggest umbrella topic that I teach is conditioning your audience, which is a huge part of attraction marketing. When you are conditioning your audience, you are acting 10 steps ahead of your ideal client. You already know every move that they're going to be making, and you are pre planning each move strategically to take them on this journey. This is keeping you at the front of their minds at all times. You are conditioning them to associate your brand with positive emotions, and the values and traits that your brand has and holds You are leading them through being completely unaware and lost- to feeling completely safe to feeling trusted and relief through you. Your audience is becoming expressive buyers because they're feeling more connected to you on a personal level. You are so effectively warming up your audience that when it comes to launching, you could literally sell them a matchstick and they're like, "yes! I'm opening up my wallet right now." Factors to conditioning your audience: 1. Personal Brand What are your personal brand pillars? For myself, you know that Kas and coffee are a packaged deal, period. I am constantly posting about coffee, I'm posting about plants, I'm posting about things that are quote unquote "on brand". People start to associate these things in their everyday life to me and my brand, and they start to feel good. They start to feel confident and happy. I get people messaging me every day, what coffee they ordered, or buying a plant and asking me "How the hell do I take care of it?" All of these things people are seeing in their real life and they start to associate it with me and my brand. 2. Content Brand Strategy- UDDR Phases Is your brand's strategy and your content strategy taking them through this journey that I'm talking about? Are they hearing exactly what they need to hear on each stage? Or is a lot of fluff? Is it content shock? Are you posting everyday to just stay visible, but that's not actually hitting those stages and telling them what they need to hear. I've said this before creating content that has a shelf life is so important. This is because it continues to bring new leads along on this journey in a suitable way and a sustainable way, while your personal brand is warming them up to you. So it's not just the information that they're being sold to they're also just becoming obsessed and locked on to you. 3. Branding This plays a huge role in your buyer psychology. Your branding (identity- visuals) reflects your brand and your direction. . This is condition your audience without them even knowing! If you don't even know the real psychology behind all the branding that you are choosing and you are using every day, neither does your audience start to get locked on. So this is going to repel the unaligned clients when your branding is done correctly. It's also going to attract the dream clients. Everything that I just mentioned is truly only a few pieces of the puzzle. This is a huge umbrella topic and when we create your custom brand blueprint and your custom brand strategy we are building it in a way that works with your specific audience and your specific brand direction so that you can be at the front of your audience's minds at all times. That's what we want. So do some reflecting. Is your brand truly memorable? If someone comes across your feed, are they leaving? Or are they logged on and immediately stalking everything that you have? Does your brand scratch that part of their brain that needed to be scratched? Ep. 05: The Secret Sauce Behind my $32k Passive Sales Sharing financial wins can be incredibly empowering, in fact, I encourage you to start sharing all of your wins big and small, to really start that momentum and watch your audience grow closer to you. One of the major wins that I shared was that I recently hit 32k passive sales in under four weeks, and I was able to completely sell a secret offer without even launching entirely through private invite. With aligned people that came to me I literally hand picked the group of girls that I wanted in this then had an entire offer made up behind the scenes that I never even had to launch. The Secret Sauce Now while I was sharing, I had the same question pop up. "What is the secret sauce?" If you ever hear the term secret sauce being used to sell you something, it's simply not true. There is no secret sauce and attraction marketing and building a brand is not one size fits all and if you try to make somebody else's thing work for you, it will never feel right. Now why is that? Marketing Strategy only goes so far for personal brands and it can be overcomplicated when it really does not have to be. A brand strategy along with marketing is a match made in heaven. Brand strategy is built around your direction and your specific value targeted to your ideal clients. We're looking at your pillars your direction your mission mix with attraction marketing, I focus heavily on positioning and conditioning, and buyer and design psychology. All of these factors come together to create a brand that literally hooks in your audience nurtures them behind the scene and makes them loyal and hungry to binge and work with you. Factor #1 Number one: Master positioning. I stopped thinking about who I wanted to be like, and completely cut out any distractions. I cut out all the fluff and I really started showing up exactly as myself! Using my personal brand, I redefined my messaging and I really polished my visual branding, to exactly execute my brand foundation and vision. Overall, I created a lens, and not speaking directly to my dream clients and also filtering out the people that I don't want to work with. I completely conditioned them to always associate myself with amazing emotion such as confidence, bold, authentic, transparency... I was no longer just another girl in this space, everyone wanted to be my bestie. Factor #2 Clarity I brought people along in my every single move... I had vulnerable conversations, I talked about my plans, I constantly asked for opinions. This really created micro commitments and brought people closer to me and warmed up to me. I was very clear about the exact person I wanted to work with and who I also didn't want to work with. I know exactly where I want my business to be in six months, or a year or three years and I share this to make you guys inspired as well. Factor #3 Attraction Marketing and Cross Brand Value: Every email, post, reel, podcast episode, story, even my website layout and copy is strategically there to have a shelf life that consistently is nurturing my audience behind the scenes to be locked on, become obsessed and binge all of my content-ending up in my DMs. This is how I've been able to show up less, but also create content that is digestible and impactful to my ideal clients. I completely stepped away from Instagram being the one and only thing for my business, and focus on being omnipresent and making incredible content on all the platforms that best suit my target audience. Factor #4 Your Visuals impact over 70 to 90% of your audience's initial first buying thought, and it determines unconsciously: do they want to stay on your page for more than seven seconds? How are you making them feel? Do they trust you? Do you have authority? My branding is already translating all of my brand message and all of my foundation without people knowing. So once they start binging my content they are already sold. My branding is also consistent on all platforms. As soon as I implemented these shifts, it was a matter of a few days and weeks and people were already in my audience messaging me and ready to go. I had offers that were created for them because they are already my ideal client so it was aligned for them from the start. This is all because I have a bullet proof brand foundation to begin with. Ep. 04: The Art of Attracting Your Dream Clients The feedback that I've gotten in the last 24 hours has truly warmed my heart, thank you all so so much for subscribing and the reviews. I want to talk about attracting a pool of your ideal clients, and this is all circled around attraction, marketing and mainly design and sales psychology, which is really the art of understanding your target audience better than they know themselves. You want to be able to be ten steps ahead of your ideal client, and that is how you are able to position them and really walk them through the journey that you want them to be going on. The goal: get the "HELL YES" response from your ideal clients without having to do CONSTANT outward engagement The online space is shifting. People do not want to have the crazy, crazy launches and show up every single day and send emails out every single day and all of those things that just take too much time. I want to talk about why this is a key element to building a sustainable brand and some basic points that you need to know to apply to your marketing strategies so you can really see the bigger picture of how impactful this is for your business. Your go-to company I want you to think of your favorite company that you always shop from: coffee shops, beauty companies, clothing companies, whatever it may be where you always feel like when you walk into the store, or you're shopping online, "Yes, this was meant for ME", and no matter what the hell they try to sell, you are the first one to try and put it in your cart. This is the response that you gain from your ideal clients when you're implementing attraction marketing and sales psychology. When you know your ideal client or customer and you are in their minds, you are able to know all the stages of how they think, and create digestible content and value that speaks to each person. This removes any unsurety or buffer for them, becoming your greatest fan and wanting to work with you because they feel as though everything you said and created was meant specifically for them. Implementing Attraction Marketing I want to give you three points on how to start implementing attraction marketing strategies in your business. 1. Understand the parallel points between your story and your buyer, so people will look for something to trust in you. The best way to do that is showing that you have something in common with them, and this is going to allow you to effectively story tell. Storytelling is so important you're creating a mutual ground and making it feel less intimidating or even out of reach. They could never picture themselves working with you, buying from you or even seeing a similar future that you have.This goes back to saying one you are selling to somebody, not everybody. You cannot be in the minds and share parallel stories with, and that's a good thing! 2. Letting them inside. Many, many people try to do one or more of the following, which is hide their face from their audience, and this is destroying that trust factor. We know now that sales are highest through the relationship building and building that trust factor. Number two is really holding back on value. They think that they can't share too much or that you're going to give something away and it's really the opposite of this. I've created so many freebies with strategy that is creating norm of reciprocity, which is that people are naturally going to feel the need to repay you in some sort of way for doing something for them, such as a valuable post, an email, a blog, a freebie. Especially when you share something vulnerable, when people see that you are giving something for free, no matter how small they will feel indebted to you. 3. Creating the best first impression. You know how important your brand foundation is, but your branding is just as important. When somebody comes across your business on any profile, whether it's your Instagram or your website or your podcast, somebody has seven to 10 seconds to make a split judgment decision if they want to stay there or leave. Your visuals impact 90% of their first impression within those first few seconds unconsciously. Color psychology alone is impacting 70% to 90% of that as well. If you're somebody who thinks that your value is good enough and you're dead wrong. If people are not willing to even stay on your site or your social, they are not getting to see any of your value. They don't care to click to read your caption. Your branding is executing everything in your brand foundation that people aren't seeing until they dig deep. Even further than that, people are looking for someone to connect and something to connect with when they're on your page within those first few seconds. You need to stay refined and hold that authority in your niche by being consistent with your branding on all platforms. Ep. 03: Passion Driven for Long Term Success Alright guys, one of the number one questions I get asked is, how do I find long term success- I'm going to answer that for you. We will be going over the money hungry cap, how to get client to sign and re-sign, and the UDDR method. Money Hungry Has a Cap The biggest issue that I see over and over and over again, is that in many entrepreneur's journeys, they hit this point where it's no longer passion driven- and now you have become money hungry. I'm going to tell you upfront, money hungry has a cap, I see it time and time again, where their only goal is how much money you could potentially make. And your business will crumble very, very quickly, versus when you are building off of relationships. That is your number one value is to create community and to be very one on one with the opportunity and the experience that you are going to be giving to each individual person. That is when you have clients resign and resign, and that legacy is what sticks with you. Being THE Inspo girl This all starts with your story. Your story will align and have parallels to the people that you are working with, then oftentimes, we brush off a lot of information that you could be sharing because you think it's irrelevant. But the thing is, that somebody really needs to hear exactly that. So when you are staying true to your story, and you are leading with change, you are starting to share these experiences, and change radiates. People who are too afraid to start something in their lives are searching for the people who are going to show them that they are willing to take those steps. It's an inspirational thing we crave for that higher person in our life. And when you are leading with that, you're already leading with integrity, and you ARE becoming a leader. Don't be afraid to talk about where you stand on things, where you want change to happen and how your story relates to others. UDDR Method U- Unaware: Your audience has no idea that they even have a problem, they are completely unaware. D- Denial: They don't believe it is a REAL issue, they think they can solve it themselves and it won't lead to more problems. D- Doubt: They know they have a problem, but 1: they don't believe you can fix them or ANYONE can, or 2: they have more self doubt that doesn't allow them to move forward. R- Relief: You show them the solution and relief to their problem. They need to get out of X,Y,Z, you have communicated that you UNDERSTAND their feelings, and they are excited to work with you. Creating content that speaks to each stage is creating sustainable, quality content. Every time someone comes across your page and binges your content, they are inevitably being brought through these stages and being warmed up to work with you. Rich and Alone There is a fear that every entrepreneur reaches at some point in their life, and it's the idea of being rich and alone. You will reach this at some point, and it will cross your mind or something similar will cross your mind. The way to avoid that, again, is being authentic, being vulnerable, and never forgetting why you started this. Remember that you are helping somebody and changing their life in some way. When you remember that, you continue to build connections, you continue to show up with integrity and with trust. And that is how you build the relationships with the people that will continue to sign and sign again. THAT is how you find long term success. My Fav Quote (By some unknown person) I want to end with this quote. I don't really know who it's from, but I love it so much: "Finding clarity is eliminating options and aligning with values." I say this time and time again: We are not trying to sell to everybody. When you start to try selling to everyone. Ep. 02 Taking the Front Seat in Your Biz Hello, and welcome to another episode of Caffeinated with Kas! I'm so glad you guys can join me here today. I said from the start last time that I will be talking about the good, the bad, and the ugly, so here I am. Now by you listening to this, I know you are a creative person. And here's the thing, we all have creative essence in some way or form. The reason why we don't take that leap and feel the calling of creativity to start the business or show up online, or start your YouTube channel, or whatever it may be, is simply because we are afraid. It's the root of the reason why we are feeling all these things, we can come up with every single excuse ever- it's really just because we're afraid. The goal is really to break down getting through that imposter syndrome in your business, and understanding how powerful your plan A is, and learn my 3 W's method. The "what ifs" We go through the state of analysis paralysis, and we can't even take action yet because we've all these questions and the thoughts AKA: the what ifs. "What will people think, my friends or family?" "What if it fails?" Or my biggest issue was, "what if it succeeds?" So this creative idea that you have, it's essentially your fragile baby. It's your experiences in your life up to this point that it led you to want to express it in some sort of creative way, then naturally, we get really sensitive about that. Scratch "Plan B" Even when I started my business, I have people (to this day) telling me, do "this" instead? Or "have you looked at this person's work that's doing something similar to you", or "what is your plan B". I had to learn to block it all out, because I needed to build my own context. It's not fair to me that I would be looking at somebody else's things, when I don't have my own context built out yet. If I allowed myself to dwell on the other person being better, or what my plan B would be, I wouldn't allow myself to 100% be in my creative essence and 100% be in the direction that I naturally had to take to get to my own calling. It's GOOD to not be like the 90% Every time you are starting something new it's terrifying, you're probably going to fail- the chances of you failing is pretty high. The first time you try to stand when you're a baby, you fall, and the first time you show up on video, you're probably going to stumble on your words. And believe it or not, the amount of times that I've created a whole offer and failed is unreal. But the thing is, when you fail, how are you going to react to that. This is why 90% of businesses don't last after a year, because they rush things. And the second issue is that they don't know what to do after they fail, then this is where you need to pick it up and learn from the mistakes that you made and make it 10 times better for next time. The REAL "what if" So what happens if you do start this business or if you do start this creative thing, and in one year, you are living your dream life? Whatever that might look like to you, surrounded by the best people, the best energy and you're absolutely living in the direction that you always wanted. I need you to remove that idea of Plan B and I want you to 100% focus on Plan A. The 3 W System I want you to write down your three W's: Who, What and Why. This is going to be the beginning of building your bullet proof foundation. No one is going to have the same answers as you, this is why your creative essence is so unique, and your experiences are so unique. 1. Who are you doing this for? We are trying to help someone that has parallel experiences and values to us, that is called by the problem you are fixing. Who is that? 2. What the heck are you doing? What is it that you're bringing to the table? What is the digestible value that the people we are targeting can actually take in? 3. You need to know in your heart, why are you doing this? Why are you wanting to start this journey? Why do you have something to bring to the table? REPEAT AFTER ME: I'm ready to create more success in my life and release any excuses. Ep. 01 My Story
Ep. 01: My Story Hello, hello and welcome to the first episode of Caffeinated with Kas. Wow, this has been in the works for a long time, so I'm very excited to finally sit down with you guys. It is a rainy evening over here, I have my man scented candle on and a coffee... we are ready to go and this is going to be amazing. I already set up the vibe, so you guys need to do the same thing on your end, take a second, pause this video, go make your coffee. The whole point of this podcast is to be your break and pocket of peace for the day. So whether you are listening in the morning with your coffee, or you're joining me at any point of the day, this is your time to sit and absorb all this information, we are going to be talking about everything from business to mindset, and branding. The whole point is to really start to build your brand from the foundation to be bulletproof and authentic. I want you guys to be attracting aligned people to what you want and what is aligned to your offers, to your business, and to your life. And I'm going to give you all the tools to do that. But let's start the beginning. My name is Kas Djordjevich, and in this entire episode, I'm going to be talking about my story as your host, I want you guys to get to know me, and why I started my business. And there's going to be so many parallels with my story and your story. And that's why I want to be super transparent with you guys and tell you everything from the start and how I came to be where I am now. So without further ado, let's hop into it. The Beginning Okay, I'm going to start at the beginning of high school. I want to do this because it actually wasn't too long ago that I finished high school and I have always been somebody who needs some sort of direction in my life to feel like I have my shit together. And in high school, I did not feel that way. For starters, I was dealing with major anxiety and depression, especially grade 11 or grade 12. And a lot of it had to do with the fact that I didn't have any plans at all with what I wanted to do. I just didn't feel aligned with any options. I couldn't figure out what to do after high school. And this entire time, I was always an art student. So taking extra design courses, being in the fine arts programs. I was taking art history, all that stuff. So for me, passion wise, I always wanted to go into art. But then I'm sure you've heard this is well being told that you need to get a "good paying job" that is secure. Go to school do this do that- art wasn't really in that criteria of it. So it was always really hard for me to figure out where I wanted to go with everything. So to cut the short story, I was dealing with major anxiety, major depression, major imposter syndrome that kind of carried along with me. And I decided to say yes, I'm going to continue with art, and hopefully in the first year of school, I figure out the direction that I want to go into and we'll go from there. So during this time, little Kasy is making absolutely no money like $300 a month IF THAT working as a barista and the work environment was so bad. On top of that I'm commuting to school for an hour and a bit every single day. I was barely having enough money to just pay for gas, let alone everything else. So there were days where I can pay for the art supplies, I couldn't pay for the gas. So I would just stay home, and it was definitely really at that point, just major burnout. That made it harder to find what I wanted to do in life. I know many people go through this where we kind of have that pressure of you go to school, you finish school, you find a college university, you finish the program and then you continue with your job and you move forward. For me, my biggest thing was I don't want to drop out I don't want to be that person who can't continue with something but it wasn't aligned. After about a year I did all of the like design psychology courses, I did design theories. I did all the art history stuff. I'm majored in art history, and they a little bit of fine art on the side as well in the whole program is kind of like a mix of everything. I ended up taking extra art history stuff with my best friend at the time. So my focus was art history, design and some fine art. After the first year, it did not end up being like that it was very focused on more like character illustration and animation or cartoons and that's not at all what I wanted to go into. I had to sit down and make that decision, is this actually leading me in any direction, or it was really just getting to that point where I just didn't want to go to school, I just want to lay in bed all day, it was not enjoyable. It sucks because I decided to pursue my passion and go into something with art, but I wasn't feeling that fire anymore. So I loved my art history classes. And I loved my actual art class at the time. Starting my Biz Journey My boyfriend had the idea in December, right before my second semester of second year that I open an Etsy shop and out came Juniper design. I was selling art and stationery design on Etsy, and it blew up, it went absolutely insane within the first month. I moved everything over to start marketing on Instagram for my Etsy shop, because I had a background in design psych. I used that entirely to my advantage. I remember, I feel like I couldn't even focus on my classes at that point because I was so excited with the amount of orders coming through. I has make the decision, do I stay in school? Or do I figure out what I want to do. And I still didn't really have a full plan. But I knew that it was going somewhere. I was constantly coming up with new strategies and testing more on attraction marketing alongside all of the design psychology and it was going amazing, and I was HAPPY. 5 Weeks Into the Online Space I was getting multiple requests from coaches to create business stationery for them, and I started the client welcome box project for coaching programs. This offer was sold out at a 4 figure investment in TWO WEEKS and I was able to quit my 9-5 job after 4 weeks. I refined my offers by focusing on graphic/branding design along with offering the physical brand extensions that were the client boxes, and a few months later I began coaching brand foundation strategies and attraction marketing when I really realized the holes in the online business space. 1.5 Years Later So here I am today, I never fully overcame the imposter syndrome or fear of taking risks. The truth is, that never FULLY disappears, but it's up to you to make the decision to jump or not. I DID take the leap, and now I have an incredibly sustainable business, I am constantly attraction my dream clients, I am making passive income literally hitting 10K sales days, and I have found my purpose. I went from $0.20 in my bank account- a mega broke barista, to hitting $32k months. When you have a passion driven idea, this is possible. How to Start But I know your main question is "how the hell am I supposed to do that"?
